I have always liked the Solvang UPS store.... and now I have another reason to like them even more. I needed to print a couple of posters that I had downloaded from the internet. I emailed them asking what size poster could be done quickly (on site). I received an answer within 15 minutes. I emailed my 2 docs to them. Calli (not sure of spelling??) Called me back right away to clarify one question, and when I got there 30 minutes later, my 2 posters were printed and ready to go. The quality, price and service were all excellent. 5 stars!

I recently had several unfavorable experiences with the Assistant Manager, Gustavo. He responded to my complaints with his own complaints about being overwhelmed, along with other excuses for poor communication. Also, he seems to lack the minimum level of expected customer service skills for an Assistant Manager role. I hope this store takes a look into their training module to better align with best practice for this industry. Good luck!

Everyone there is very polite and helpful. The new management is just as wonderful as previous owners. This is such a well run business that I actually enjoy my trips to drop off packages.

Don’t ya wish all businesses were run like this store…
I wrote that review a year ago. Since then I’ve used this store a dozen or so times. Trust is something that’s hard to earn… something that shouldn’t be tossed around frivolously because someone had a personal bad day and then try’s to palm it off on the next helpless service person whom they cross paths with… someday Google will invent an eye scan that tells when someone writes a mean self-satisfying review… if they’re saying things as they actually went down or… someone misusing their temporary ‘power’ to put an unrelated individual or store or company down in THEIR dark hole…. This UPS store is the best I’ve ever had to use… I travel the country and use them all over.

Best shipping experience ever! What a great store and staff. I needed to ship four pieces of framed art across country and the folks here packed them up professionally and with love, and they arrived without a scratch. Such a great resource to have in the valley.
