About Youth Empowered Fitness & Education Center
Youth Empowered Fitness & Education Center is a nonprofit youth development organization serving the Santa Ynez Valley, Lompoc Valley, and surrounding communities in Santa Barbara County. Youth Empowered provides sports, mentorship, and educational programs that help young people build confidence, discipline, and leadership skills. Through long-term coaching relationships and community partnerships, our programs support youth development through athletics, strength training, mentorship, and educational enrichment, creating opportunities for young people to grow physically, mentally, and academically.

This gym is amazing & one of a kind. The coaches are very versatile and will do anything they can to help you reach your goals and push you further. It’s a safe zone for kids & teenagers to build confidence and learn skills in a fun but structured way! Couldn’t recommend them more!!

Took the woman’s kick-boxing class and had a great workout. The coach knows his stuff. I’m looking forward to taking more classes. I definitely recommend it!
