My bill was probably the lowest of the day for 2 new screws but Rocky treated me wonderfully. He spent time searching for the right screws and even loaned me a screwdriver to use. Amazing service. “First off, I wanna say home depot did a great job this time. With my online order, I will say the last few times I did a curbside pick up. I would wait for 15 minutes, and never see an associate so id have to go inside the store wait in line and then get my order through check out. But, this time it was different I will say I pulled up, I walked into the store and as I was walking in the store I did my I'm here on the app order for a curbside Pick up as I was standing in line. I saw them tell an associate to grab the curb side order and take it outside. And I had my order in 5 minutes, so 5 stars home depot, good job.”

“Like stepping back in time... They have a lot of the discrete components you need to develop your own project designs. They don't stock much of anything relating to ICs or transistors, but you'll find a selection of chassis, and hardware items to build up your prototypes. T One downside is that since they have so few walk-in customers, you can't get in to the parts area without waiting for one of the phone support people to break free and walk you over to the parts area. Another down side is that much of their shelf stock is very old. Spray cans of solvent may be half-empty from can leaks, and electrolytic aren't necessary going to be fresh. But with components like fans, relays, transformers, resistors, etc. that won't matter. They also carry hand tools, tool cases, heat-shrink, solder, connectors, adapters, plugs... just a lot of other stuff to create and repair electronic projects. Their pricing is not particularly cheap. The people working there (mostly in cubicles doing phone orders) are very nice.”

“I've been going to F. Collins Supply for years. I purchase the majority of my consumables here. Whether it be for printed aluminum tape, HVAC duct liner, 50/50 tribar solder, and/or any flat stock sheet metal that I need (e.g. bonderized, galvanized & 26 gauge-20 gauge); They've got it. Their majority customer base however seems to me to be HVAC service and repairmen within Ventura County.”

“We needed limes and bananas, and they had both. It was quite busy on a Saturday afternoon with work trucks and people stopping in for a snack after a long day at work. We just needed limes for cocktails on a hot summer's day. Located next to Summit Drive-In, which closes early, it's a good alternative for snacks, sodas, and ice creams on the scenic drive between Ojai and Santa Paula. There is a hardware section, too, for the Upper Ojai dwellers to finish their home projects instead of the 15-minute drive to Ojai, or Santa Paula.”

“Helpful, friendly, and has a lot of good stuff, but they don’t keep their hours. This is twice now I’ve shown up before 5pm and they’re already closed. Not closing, but full fledge closed, lights off, staff gone 10-15 minutes early. Needed an emergency part for a water leak and now have to drive 40+ minutes to Home Depot.”

Today he revived our 11 year old Behr paint by mixing, adding water and straining it into a new can so we could patch instead of having to buy new and paint the whole room (tints of new paint don't match the old stuff) And he totally set us up by recommending 5 minute mud mix for the drywall repair. “I had a very easy time getting supplies for my Eagle Scout Project where I was building a three section rabbit hutch for an elder home with twenty rabbits. The customer service was amazing from John Bryarly, Daniel Gutierrez, April Hernandez, and most of all from their manager Dennis Petty. When I had trouble navigating through the store there were people who were available to help. The pricing of the lumber was good in comparison to other competitors. Overall I actually enjoyed going there and I will in the future if I ever need something.”

“I was looking to buy a metal hose reel since my old plastic finally cracked from being exposed to the direct and indirect sunlight UV rays . So I did some research on quality and price . On a rainy Thursday evening I looked at Home Depot website and the reel that I set my sights on , a Liberty Garden aluminum hose reel was in stock, actually 10 in stock. I go there and I don't see the the paricular hose reel on the shelf where it should be. I walk to the service desk and ask Joette ( I think it's spelled ) to contact someone to assist me on finding the hose reel. I guess their phones and intercom system went down , they couldn't contact anyone much to my chagrin. After around 20 minutes of waiting , they found the manager Joaquin. He took me to the isle and shelf where the hose reel is located and found one box of a Hampton Bay reel , apparently Joaquin assured me it was exactly the same as the brand that I was looking for .. he pointed to me the SKU number matched. For my extra waiting I asked Joaquin if they can price match a similar hose reel that Lowes was selling..$10 dollars lower .. Joaquin went above and beyond and lowered the price by half ! I was really appreciative of that and I bought the item .. Joaquin was very professional and listened to my concerns.. Raúl”

Definitely the place to bring something you need to replace or service to see what they have. There is also a display of old tools. I spent almost an hour here looking at everything and got a couple of things I have not seen before.”
