When I was asked, do you need help, sir by another individual who has been there for years he only showed me what I guess he wanted me to see. But however, he did not listen to me. Cory L. Came over and said sir is there anything I can help you with. After explaining to him what I needed, he did not only go through the complete process of how a customer should be treated. I don’t know him personally, but I do know the type of character as well as the moral fiber he is made of. He also helped me purchase as well as pushing the shopping cart to the checkout. And proceeded to go far and beyond any requirements of an employee. Also thanks to GREG, which has been there for years noticed it. However, if you have employees there for 2 or 3 years and they treat other customers like they treated me. What kind of review would you expect me to leave? COREY, L. They might be but I'm not an electrician and the experience is more like going to the refrigerator over and over only to hope something wonderful has arrived, only to see us the same as 5 minutes ago To my Astonishment I was as approached by Tina, who did not look like a roughneck whatsoever and she asked, can I help you?Blown away, it's never like this at home Depot, you have to hunt someone down, I told her what I was trying to do and she immediately started pulling parts!Wow!I ended up thinking this was still above my head and she hooked me up with home depots network of professional services which I have a meeting with this week.Tremendous value from the observations of the part that employees only stock shelves and seal with customers only if they ask.Wonderful experience.”
“Like stepping back in time... They have a lot of the discrete components you need to develop your own project designs. They don't stock much of anything relating to ICs or transistors, but you'll find a selection of chassis, and hardware items to build up your prototypes. T One downside is that since they have so few walk-in customers, you can't get in to the parts area without waiting for one of the phone support people to break free and walk you over to the parts area. Another down side is that much of their shelf stock is very old. Spray cans of solvent may be half-empty from can leaks, and electrolytic aren't necessary going to be fresh. But with components like fans, relays, transformers, resistors, etc. that won't matter. They also carry hand tools, tool cases, heat-shrink, solder, connectors, adapters, plugs... just a lot of other stuff to create and repair electronic projects. Their pricing is not particularly cheap. The people working there (mostly in cubicles doing phone orders) are very nice.”
“The owner is so kind. I went in to purchase drawer glides that were $40 each at a lumbar store. His prices were less and I connected how expensive they were .. he then volunteered and told me there were nearly identical glides much cheaper. I bought a 6-pack of them and it was 2.5 times cheaper than I would have paid at the lumber store. I will go there first for cabinet hardware.”
“i dont live close enough to shop here, but i love a good hardware store. local family run stores are the best, and this is one of the best i've visited. the owner is friendly and helpful. they appear to have anything you'd ever need, AND it's a fun space with multiple levels and rooms. the main floor is handicap accessible from the side parking area. i was told this store was originally 5 different addresses which explains the eccentricities of the store layout.”

“Always treated well in this old school hometown hardware store. They have just about everything you need, with solid advise and efficient service. Yes, It smells like a hardware store for crissakes. That's what it is. Yes, the fellas are very conservative, but it is their right and if you dont share their ilk, buy your nuts and bolts, dont buy their t shirts and don't discuss politics.They are the town gadflies, but their family has been in Moorpark for a long time, they care about Moorpark, so they can. I don't share their politics, but I enjoy the banter, their fix it knowledge and supporting small business. It's a slice of Americana from days gone by. Try some kindness and tolerance too.”

“I've been going to F. Collins Supply for years. I purchase the majority of my consumables here. Whether it be for printed aluminum tape, HVAC duct liner, 50/50 tribar solder, and/or any flat stock sheet metal that I need (e.g. bonderized, galvanized & 26 gauge-20 gauge); They've got it. Their majority customer base however seems to me to be HVAC service and repairmen within Ventura County.”
