Had a good experience with Purely Storage. Was a little late on my payment but management helped me understand the terms clearly and the Ryan was very friendly when I came in on the weekend to pay. Will continue doing business with this company for sure!

Moving household items in storage is a chore to say the least and also finding out not all storage facilites are the same. Each has their own set of conditions and each has their own managers with some being so-so, some kind of nice and others difficult. Well, I can easily say your manager at the Sonora facility is top notch. Mykel Comiso is fun to work with, easy to talk to, very thorough, and the best part, extremely accomodating. And the icing on the cake, he makes you feel at home.
You guys have yourselves a winner with Mykel as your facilities manager. Ed G.

Staff has been friendly, professional and accommodating; the property generally clean, secure, and maintained. We were preparing to move and initially underestimated our storage needs. They were able to get us into a larger unit. As our house situation played out, we found we needed less storage space. Again, the staff got us into a smaller unit. We found each unit clean and ready for our use. As we were moving into one unit, a maintenance worker came by. We mentioned that the door was difficult to raise. He looked at it , came back with tools and fixed it immediately.

New owners turned a place that used to be reasonable to something outrageous and costly . I inherited a unit and my dad was 700$ behind I paid it transferred to my name and they used to work with you if your late on payments now they start adding all kinds of charges and late fees and then make you pay to start a lean on your own property . Pretty sad it’s now the way it is . Can’t wait to get everything out of this place .
