Excellent service! Always professional and congenial. Great at doing their best to schedule urgent appointments.

Sonora regional medical center is the only hospital in Sonora. I would only recommend going there for minor problems like ear infections, a small amount of stitches, bladder infections, etc. Any life-threatening problems should just drive to the valley! I would not recommend using this hospital for anything major. I have lived here for 40 years and have had so many bad experiences (both with my own family, as well as numerous friends, including death)!

This is by farthe worst anti coag clinic I have ever dealt with. In the 4 months that they have been handling my mom's case, they have consistently kept her below reference range, Even after recieving orders from the doctor to increase her reference range,, they continued to maintain her levels as they had before, I finally contacted them myself and spoke to a nurse named Diane, whose response was distinctly cold and unhelpful. She seemed put out that I had even expressed concerns. Instead of understanding that this is my mom and trying to put my mind at ease, she became defensive with an attitude of "who are you to question my judgement?" If at all possible I highly recommend finding a different avenue when it comes managing your coag therapy. Finding a competent and responsive coag therapy provider is critical to your continued good health and welfare.
