I Would LOVE To Know WHAT Is Affordable About $493 For an Impound Tow Which was less than 20 Minutes Away from their location??? The Guy literally charged my daughter TWENTY THREE DOLLARS JUST BECAUSE SHE USED HER DEBIT CARD!!!!!!!
So, PLEASE Explain to me HOW They can Claim to Be “Affordable”???
The Guy Was SUPER Nice (Heck I Would Be Too IF I Was Getting Paid Almost $500 For 30 Minutes of work!) so his attitude has NOTHING To do with my review! It’s being ripped off that has to do with my review!!! Vehicle is & was Tagged, Registered, & Insured but my daughter was not aware that her permit had expired So it was impounded still not sure WHY!! Unless MAYBE That Cop has something setup with the tow company to where they split the money from BOGUS Tows!?!? Because even the Highway Patrol Office Did NOT Understand WHY It was towed!! ? GO FIGURE!!
The guy said they charge by the hour….. HOW DO WE KNOW HOW LONG IT TOOK? WE WERE NOT WITH THE TOW GUY!!! And WHY Would we be charged $385 For an Hour & 15 minutes because even round trip it does NOT Add up!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT AFFORDABLE AND THEY ARE CROOKS IN MY OPINION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My van was parked backwards and to the left of an oddly slopped driveway, really the worst place to put it. These guys took their time to figure out the best way to get it out without breaking the axle or tearing up the driveway. They were thoughtful and quick and worked well together. Thanks guys!

Perfect. Fast. Affordable. Insurance had me on the side of the road for 18 hours. Vics receptionist was rude. Called affordable and they had me pulled out avd delivered to Automotion within 30 minutes. Great service.
