“Amazing vintage collection! It has a mini bar where your partner can enjoy drinks while you soak in books. The place has antiques too and good collection of local history. Found a classic vintage at a very reasonable price here. Ask the store manager for book recs and you’ll find some hidden gems in there. Place is in the middle of downtown so parking would be farther.”

“Janice the owner is so friendly as she has quite a resume once owning shops in Fremont and Jamestown.
The selection runs the gamut as this is a cooperative. If in Sonora, check it out l!”

“Got in just as it was closing! So much stuff it would take days! We definitely need to go back. Friendly service, even while closing! My husband grabbed an album & I snagged the cutest pair of black boots with white faux trim. I put them on immediately & wore them from then on. Thank you, from the Cain's”
“What a gem! The Thirsty Prospector is a bar, ice cream shop, used bookstore and antique shop all in one. The bar and antique shop are on the ground level, and the used bookstore is downstairs in the basement. Be sure to go downstairs to see the old mine tunnel that led directly to what was the town's bar during the gold rush (a safety feature for miners, who were often robbed upon exiting the gold mine). So cool!”
