Sonora Att office is a sham . They don't value there customers . When I first purchased my 2 phones they were supposed to be buy 1 get 1 free and this whole time they haven't been . I was also the more lines the cheaper it would be . So went to add a line and was told my bill will go up 60$ .

ATT ripped me off! I was told numerous times I would be given $1000. for my iPhone trade in. When the final paperwork was being signed they only gave me $700. They said that promotion ended yesterday. They totally stole $300. from me when it was their mistake.

My favorite part of ATT is that they charge you 155$/month for dial up speed internet and a landline that never gets used. Have to have the landline to get the "wifi". Do yourself a favor and get any other wifi

Blanking on his name, but it started with a J. I was in a frustrating situation but he helped me through. Customer service in electronics is hard, so I sympathize with him dealing with my frustrations lol. Kudos to you guys :]

I went in because the tablet I bought through customer care wasn't working at my house. I only asked to return it and I was pretty rude from the beginning. I sat in the store with my crazy kids trying to get a return label. The guy that helped me didn't even flinch. He remained totally calm and tried to help me, even though I was obviously irritated. He ended up being able to fix my tablet, it now works at my house! I'm so sorry again, I will definitely check my attitude. I really appreciate you working with me through it!

I received an email in MD that someone from this CA store purchased a phone and has signed up for an account using my information. No one from the company would help me on the phone and they just keep transferring me to other departments who also will not help me. Not trusted.

I started out wanting to write a detailed review of what a terrible experience it was and still is at this AT&T store. Looking at other reviews, it reminded me of just HOW BAD this store and their employees are. I'll save all the drama. Every aspect of this interaction has gone bad. Things I didn't think could go bad went off the rails. If you do nothing else, use this as a warning. Do not go into this store and do any business. You will regret it, just like me and many of the other reviews. If you think some of these other reviews are exaggerations, they are not touching the tip of iceberg.

Aryana was super setting up our new phones. She went over every detail about what to expect and what was needed. We came into the store and she made us very comfortable on the transfer to our new phones. Thank you AT&T for employing her!

As much a people pay for monthly phone service the employees at their stores should be more accommodating. Instead they see the elderly and people with no tech experience and they up sell them unnecessary items. One particular employee refused to help my parent transfer their data from an old phone to new phone, but didn't hesitate to send them elsewhere to pay someone else to do it! This employee, whose name I didn't get also asked my parent for their Google password so he could enter it in the new phone. Ummmm, big PII violation. Also you don't need a special cord to transfer data from Samsung to Samsung. Way to help out the older, fixed income, not tech savvy crowd!!! Very disappointed...

Went here a month or so ago with problems pertaining to my phone, and the staff had a great solution and helped me every step of the way. Great service and helped me out so much! I recommend this store for anyone in the area easily.

They should just shut this store down already. One employee on a Saturday is ridiculous. Kudos to the employee (even though I didn’t exist), shame on AT&T.

If I could give. One star I would. Tried to up sale and I just wanted what I was offered at any other att store and advertised online. So I needed up leaving and going else where to get 3 new upgrades. Awful service.
