I had a weird experience with this shop. I brought my car in and wanted a little bit louder, free it up with a larger diameter and preserve my stock exhaust. I have a lower production car with everything original.I received 2 option… magnaflow and flowmaster.. a little disappointed already, however it’s the best place in town right?Next they can’t even start my car, they push start it and pop my clutch… I’d be embarrassed already! The exhaust is quieter than stock and I’m extremely disappointed, even though I chose the loudest of the two measly options I was given.Then my entire exhaust system falls off…. Has that ever happened to anyone? First I’ve heard of it. So I have to drive all the way back from college without an exhaust cause of this work. Pray for my ears when I’m olderHere’s where it gets bad… I bring my stock exhaust so they can plan the routing… AND THEY CUT PARTS OF MY EXHAUST OFF. The exhaust was not attached to the car, they just took a f’n buzzsaw to the thing I’ve said I wanted to preserve. I can’t get too mad at them in the moment cause the damage was already irreversible. How can you not even ask before doing that? It’s not like the exhaust was damaged or anything, they just didn’t have the right flange and decided to take it from mine.With the new exhaust the tip was left unfinished, and now exhibits the only rust on the entire car, and is the only visible part the shop touched.So after all this, they ruined my exhaust, the car sounds worse than before, paid 500$, and had to drive 620 miles round trip because the exhaust fell off.I will never come back to this shop again, for several of these reasons….i have respect for Corey, he remedied the first mistake of the exhaust falling off. However whichever fella decided to cut my exhaust, needs some critical thinking skills.

This place obviously doesn't need another 5 star review, but here goes...Avery muffler is this communities best source for U-Haul products. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I greatly appreciate this location being in operation. Their installation/muffler department is top-notch all the way. Quality work you can rely on.

Great shop, great group of people. Brought our BelAir in for exhaust work, they were thorough, quick without sacrificing quality, honest, and fair. Will absolutely go back for any future exhaust needs.

I brought my car in for a new muffler ( flow master), and I did not get a flow master and they took my chrome exhaust tip and sawzalled the end of a shitty muffler. Cory the owner is to busy to care about your needs

I had ordered a ball hitch on Amazon for an RV trip, but too late, was notified it was backordered. I needed it for the trip that coming weekend in 3 days. I went to Avery Muffler to see if they had one. The lady at the counter was very helpful and said they would have the one I wanted coming in 2 days later. Worked for me, but also meant a 60 mile round trip. I was on my way to leave and Dave, the owner stopped me and asked if I had been helped. I said yes, told him what I was looking for, he said to wait a bit, and he came back with a used ball hitch, exactly what I was looking for at 1/2 the price. I was VERY impressed with Dave's customer service!!!

I had thought that my bearings needed repacking as I sat with my wheels smoking from what I thought was friction that afternoon as I was over loaded with a trailer full of art.I already had the bearings with me, and Cory and his team of mechanical geniuses not only got me back on the road *the same day*, Cory was kind enough to take time out to show me the *real problem* that my self adjusting brakes were over adjusting, and he coached me to turn down the gain on my trailer braking system! 5/5! THANK YOU CORY AND MARK!

Hello, I rented a pick up truck to drive around while I was in town from Jamestown Feed. The experience was awful. From a disgruntled employee to a janky truck. To rent a 10ft truck my dad used Avery Muffler. The experience was like night and day. Lindsey was amazing. She knows her stuff and was super friendly. They gave me an introduction to the truck and showed me where the gas tank was etc... I felt important and valued. Thank you Lindsey and Avery Muffler

In order to move a 5th wheel RV trailer, I needed a conversion hitch to convert my gooseneck hitch to a 5th wheel hitch for the day. Cory at Avery Muffler knew exactly what was needed and fixed up my truck in minutes. Very knowledgeable people work at Avery Muffler. I will be using them again.
