“The staff is super friendly, and the cars are always clean. I feel bad for the lady though, she only has a limited selection of vehicles, and sometimes may have to turn away 1-way rentals, or she wouldn't have any cars! Not being near a major city or airport leaves incoming vehicles to a rather small number.”
“i had to rent a car because our car broke down in Yosemite Ca. we had to go to the Ford Dealership in Sonora Ca. Enterprise rented me a car Thursday Moring. Our Car was not done till after 5pm Friday. enterprise closed at 4pm. They let me drop the keys in a slot. Enterprise did not open till 9am Monday. They waived the Sat and Sunday fee for me through the Manager Scott. so helpful because we were at the mercy of Ford and they did not get our car done intime to return at 4pm. Thanks Scott”
