This is the 2nd time I have used the delivery option on Wal Mart+ in Sonora after using it multiple times while living in the city. I have never had issues using this, until Sonora. Surprised? Ha absolutely not. Both times I've used it while living here, the orders I placed were either overlooked, misplaced, never assigned a driver, or some other feeble excuse. Moral of the story, once bitten, twice shy. Word to the wise: Never use this dumbass hick, redneck excuse of a business who can't even distinguish their nose from their a******

The store's prices have gone up significantly with inflation...or I would have given it a five star rating. They are a hugely successful company that would continue to be hugely successful even without using inflation as a reason to raise prices. But their offering of grocery pickup and delivery is what makes them stand out above all others. Just wish they'd let us tip the clerks.

The management at this Walmart has always spoken for itself in the worst way. Now, it is a bunch of "victims" who either condescend because their small intellect is threatened, or they are just simply tired from poor diet and lifestyle. It seems they also feel like it's their duty to harass people who don't deserve it because their bloodlust for punishing the people they call less than human blinds them to the reality of life in our town. Today was a day where for no reason, I was barked at and told in a tone meant for 4 year olds that I had to leave in 30 minutes. Why?? No answer. There are a few homeless, drunks, and druggies who walk around by the shade tree. They may cause some issues and leave trash around. But that is not me. Fact is, I am a nice and helpful guy who doesn't mind having a short chat or conversation with anyone of those people. Who am I to judge and it's best to know who people are. So I've now been put on a list that seems to have made me a target for false allegations and harassment. Why? Because I enjoy a small piece of shade where my dog can cool off? It's where I park when I shop there too. I pick up trash in the area. NO ONE ELSE DOES. Not even the contractors. I am nice to everyone. I pick up and clean the area I'm a veteran I should be treated well, Instead I am talked down to and told that as a daily shopper I must vacate the lot. I have had false problems information given to the police where I've been accused of fentanyl use while driving. At the very same time I passed a legal urinalysis... I was in a car accident as I was moving out of town. This put me in a rough state of living that I am not used to. I'm not a druggy bum. But you are all ugly, mean hearted, dishonest, dead Enders. I hope you are ashamed of your behavior. If you are gonna throw your weight around, do it in a positive way. Ride a bike and smile at those you can't understand because they are innocent and you are not.

As a Walmart customer, I seriously hate shopping at this store. Shelves are messy, find lots of damage products on shelves which should be removed, produce sections are awful(find nats and flies) and rotten fruits and veggies on bottom of fresh products, store at times is messy, and lines are super long at regular check stands due to only 2-3 checkers available. Oh did I forget to mentioned, self checkout sometime only accept cards only(no cash) which there are customers who want to pay cash but are stuck and have to wait in huge line at regular check stand. Starting to shop elsewhere now.

we are across the parking lot. We are AAA and we have a large amount of Wal MART carts on our lot. I am disabled and it is tough for me to get around them safely when I come to work. Please retrieve them.

Found the best way to get a motorized handicap cart with a little battery power remaining is to offer an employee a ten dollar bill. Works every time.

I just have to say, I do shop at Walmart on a weekly basis, but I am changing my way of shopping, I only buy essentials there. The produce is not good to buy, it rots too quickly, They lock down mens socks, and underwear, Batteries, Makeup, Paint, in other words half of the store is locked down because of shoplifters. I totally understand the lock down, but not to have the staff to unlock the cabinets for purchase is stupid. I encountered the checker superviser (who was a Nasty rude person) when I tried to buy batteries (which of course were locked up). She was so Rude that I have decided to buy my batteries elsewhere or online. More and More I can't justify going to Walmart for anything, the main staff are Rude and are not helpful. I don't want Walmart to leave the area, but Really? Be nice to people, don't lump everyone into the same bucket as a Thief. Kindness goes a long way.

Placed an online order for the large cans of cat food. I received an email they would be substituted for the small cans. Not what I wanted so i wasn't going to pick up. Imagine my shock when I got an email it was picked up!!! How can that be? No receipt, no id because it was me..check your orders people if you didn't pick up. They are giving stuff away To anyone.

I am standing in line right now. At 5:25 on a weekday, they have only three checkers working. There are over 80 people in line and no other lanes open. The lien for the self checkout area is at least 20 people deep. This Walmart seriously needs new management.

Ordered an item online and it shoot would be in after 11 am the next day. I went to their pick up here lane and called the number that it said to call. The lady said what lane number are you in and that someone would bring my order out to me. I waited an hour and called back and was told "oh the order was canceled because not available". I asked why no one come and tell me? The manager said that is not how our system is set up. That is screwed up. Walmart employees don't seem to give-a-fu*k. That is piss poor customer service. I give them a half star rating for the way that they handled this situation.

I ordered a toy from Walmart.com for Christmas gift for my son $66.00+ it wasn't delivered until 12/4/21. On 1/3/21 I requested a refund/ return because it was defective. It could not be assembled because of defective parts. The next day they say no refund as it has been over 30 days !! Also it was advertised as American but made in China. I am very disappointed that Walmart has decided to take advantage of seniors and their grandchildren.

Oh my Gosh! I have been totally ripped off. I looked at my receipt today after checking out because the light was not on at the register to see what she was charging compared to the listed prices. So far, I have paid over $10.00 on three items (out of 21 that I bought) and she charged me for an extra bag. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot! This is highway robbery. I despise this store.
