Went to the pharmacy this afternoon to pick up prescriptions and there was such a long line and literally 1 person at the counter running the register. All I can say is she handled all of it like a boss. Was very professional and had a great attitude.. she even exchanged a few laughs with customers in line as well as me.. I think her name was Danielle.

Had a last minute Rx for my son's ear infection called into this CVS. We drove 20 miles to try and get there by closing and walked in one minute late. The team and the pharmacist really went the extra mile to fill the prescription...even though we were late. It was an unexpected act of kindness that is few and far between these days. THANK YOU so much!

They ignore voicemails & u cannot talk to someone. When they don’t listen to dr. Voicemail they say prescription not sent, but truth is sent and not entered in a reasonable time and no effort to try to help

This place is an unorganized mess. Dropped off a prescription on Wed, came back Thu. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, got to the counter, prescription was not ready. Had to stand off to the side and wait another 10-15 minutes while the original associate went to do something else. I could also see them rummaging thru piles of bags searching for people's prescriptions. That is not how to control meds! Finally the pharmacists announced over the loudspeaker my prescription was ready. Never again! All of these bad reviews can't be wrong.

Got a call that the prescription was ready to pick up and when I went in, they said they didn't even have the prescription on file and the doctor would have to call it in again. How does the automated system call me to get a prescription and the pharmacy doesn't even have a record of it on file. I confirmed the doctor had called this exact CVS this morning so they should have the prescription on file. Terrible pharmacy expensive.

I have come to love this place, because of the positive attitudes and earnest effort by staff to help customers.I especially applaud the pharmacy, given I go there frequently, who are amazing in getting orders filled asap and helpful if there is a problem.

I see why this place has a 2.1 rating. Called to check on pricing for a vaccine, got told they don't keep them in the pharmacy area and they had to transfer me up front. Got told by front end I need to talk to the pharmacy. Finally got someone to answer my question, just FYI they are telling me the Covid vaccine is not free, which I thought it was. Long story short, RiteAid here I come.

Bad Customer service with a chip on their shoulder, Nicole and Walt is especially atrocious, total Nurse Ratched vibe. They didn’t want to help me with my meds so I moved meds but they held a RX so it couldn’t be filled elsewhere, then she’s asking me if she need to cancel it “I don't know, I don’t work there” got her bent out of shape and she hung up on me. They are never wrong, even when proven wrong, then they pull their ace card - rudeness! Save your money & sanity and go elsewhere. With everything difficult you don’t need this clown show making it worse.

I went CVS pharmacy today to pickup a prescription and I found the person who helped me to be very unfriendly and seemed to hate her job. SMH. Sheesh!
