Between 4.5-5.0 rating truthfully, but it's more of a personal thing and wouldn't be necessarily an opinion for every customer to have. So that's why I give it 5 lolI have an autoimmune disorder, coupled with another disorder that causes immense dryness. Trust, if I could drink enough water, I would, but something like what I have isn't combated with natural means for me. Because of the dryness, I'm fairly particular on soaps if you can imagine.There's been very few soaps that have met my needs and desires to use, and this brand is one of them. I have gone through almost two bars. Which, I had the first one during the hot months and it performed great, and the current one during a season change which tends to be the worst time for my skin. And it's performing great!There's been no residue left over on my skin, no dryness that I have noticed, no itching or rashes, the smell stays but it is subtle and soothing.I highly recommend for anyone to try and at least look at the ingredient list to see if it meets for your needs (allergy, medical or personal) and give it a shot.For the comment I made I the beginning, I just wish it was wrapped in wax paper or something. It's mostly an OCD thing about how many people could have touched it and what if they didn't have clean hands, and I can't afford to get sick because then I have to stop my medicine....yeah, so OCD lol but I know not everyone cares to such an extent nor probably even thought about it.Anyway, still a great product that I'm happy I found!

Horrible customer service! I would give them zero stars if I could! We’ve been customers for 3 years and things have been fine. This last time, our package was lost with UPS and when we asked her for help- the owner hung up on me! After I called back, the owner was still so rude and, she called me by the wrong name and when I corrected her- she said it’s the same difference! After hanging up on me again, I called back one last time and this time- in a rude tone- she said she’d open a case with UPS. When I called UPS later, they said no one had called. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Don’t support them! Not worth it!

Bought three bars of soap in Fort Bragg and now would like to continue to buy and use it! It’s wonderful soap! Love how the fragrance stays with you, doesn’t dry out your skin and just makes you feel special. Expensive? Not if your looking for a great product!
