i had to rent a car because our car broke down in Yosemite Ca. we had to go to the Ford Dealership in Sonora Ca. Enterprise rented me a car Thursday Moring. Our Car was not done till after 5pm Friday. enterprise closed at 4pm. They let me drop the keys in a slot. Enterprise did not open till 9am Monday. They waived the Sat and Sunday fee for me through the Manager Scott. so helpful because we were at the mercy of Ford and they did not get our car done intime to return at 4pm. Thanks Scott

Does anyone remember when enterprise Rent-A-Car had good customer service? I have never had a bad experience with their business services side. When renting trucks or delivery vans. In contrast, the consumer side is terrible. Almost like dealing with a different company. Maybe it’s just the Sonora branch?I called to rent my wife a car last week. When I asked what was available, they told me they had a Cadillac. I said I would take it. A couple hours later we show up and there is no Cadillac. There is a Chrysler 300. So even though it’s not exactly what we talked about, we took the car. Retuned car at 5:15 friday, with more gas than I got it with, and clean. But it was a little over an hour late.I put the key in the key dropbox and parked it right in front of the camera that they have near the front door. So that they could see when it was returned.So a three day rental, was now a five day rental. I got charged for Saturday and Sunday.Monday morning, I called in and explained the situation. I also explained that my company car is in the shop for 5 months, so I would need a rental, for the whole time. . And if they could just charge me for one day that I didn’t have the car, instead of two. I wouldn’t take my business elsewhere.I’m sure this charge is a provision in the contract, but their lack of flexibility, and willingness to charge me full price for some thing that they could see was clearly returned, makes them a no go for the future.Good customer service requires flexibility.I will encourage the company I work for, with over 5000 employees, to find another service provider.

I rented a car for the weekend and the staff and service were amazing. The car I rented was a fantastic car and hod no issues whatsoever. I dropped it off and was checking out in 5-10 minutes. Process was very simple. Great experience.

I had a great experience with Daniel the branch manager. Even though I could tell he had a ton going on he was super polite and down to earth! After my trip, I asked about some items I might have left in the trunk under the floorboard with the spare tire and he found them and got back to me super fast! Anyway, super helpful guy! Thanks so much!

Daniel was awesome, super quick and efficient. Got us on the road and even adjusted to our late arrival. Made our trip a little less stressful, which for me is always a rare but welcomed occurrence!

I've been a customer constantly with enterprise for 5+years, unfortunately today I had an experience that changed all of that. Upon returning my rental as per usual we went through the routine inspection. Not only was I told the car had an excessive amount of dog hair in it (I had a cover on the seat and didn't get around to vacuuming the stuff on the floor and the stuff that came off upon removing it this time) which has never been an issue but somehow they claimed I had damaged some small plastic piece on the front of the bumper/grill? Honestly not even sure how anyone could have seen or noticed it or how I could have possibly damaged that and yet the rest of the area be perfectly fine if it was genuinely my fault. Seems much more like it was something THEIR employees overlooked but they are of course going to file a claim and potentially attempt to charge me. This will be the last time I ever rent from enterprise again, poor customer service for someone who has been a valued customer for years. Quite ludicrous if you ask me.

I received excellent customer service at Enterprise in Sonora! I showed up in a pinch with no reservation and the manager Daniel was able to get me into a vehicle. I had several changes during my rental and the staff at this branch went out of their way to accommodate me. They also worked with my insurance company which made it so easy for me. I will absolutely be coming back to Sonora Enterprise for my future rental needs!

Beware renters. We placed a reservation and received a confirmation # from Enterprise a week in advance, was assured we would have a crew cab truck for a week rental. We called the morning on the pickup date hoping to pick it up early and were told he was surprised we got a reservation because he had a list of people who wanted the same truck. The truck would be there between 2 & 3 and we would get a call when it arrived and is ready. We talked again with Enterprise and we’re told it didn’t arrive from the Fresno location and we’re told earlier it was coming from the Lodi location. We never received the truck Thank You for the great inconvenience Enterprise.

My truck was in the shop for an extended period of time. I rented a mid Size SUV for over a month. Izzy and Daniel provided exceptional customer services and understanding, when I needed to extend my rental. They were very professional and kind. The check out and check in process was quite fast as well. I would 100% recommend this office.

Made and paid for reservation only to get a voicemail the morning of the reservation that they don't have a car and to please call. Called for an hour with no answer. Now playing the waiting game for refund.
