This Clinic blows! After assigning 8 different Dr.’s to me (all whom have left), and high turnover in the front office staff too, enough is enough! My last Dr., Kathryn Walker, really took the time to address my medical issues. She earned my trust over the years, then boom! They let her go! No explanation, no empathy for patient’s who will sorely miss her. I’ve had years of mismanagement of my prescription meds., insurance, and medical supplies because of the ineptness of the front office staff….I’m done! Dr. Walker’s Medical Assistant is also mysteriously gone also. What is it about this office that they can’t keep Dr.’s/staff employed for very long? They now have administrative people in the office who can’t find their butt with both hands. They’re rude and have no empathy. You’re a number….nothing more. There’s a receptionist that needs to find employment elsewhere. Yes, I’m talking about you Tracy! Adventist Health has horrific personnel at this location.

I had appendicitis but didn’t know what it was. The doctor saw me and immediately insisted I to go to the hospital and had great knowledge of the hospitals in the area and recommended the best one. Saved my life.

I love Dr. Rutherford!! He is one of the best Drs I’ve ever new! He was kind and caring!!! I’m so sad he retired? there needs to be more doctors like him truly one of a kind!!!!

I have been going to the clinic for a couple years, never had any problems. Staff is helpful and professional. Dr Rutherford is the best. I thank them for all they do ?

This clinic is pretty good. It has gone downhill since being taken over by Adventist Health, but I still will give high rating for the Doctors and office staff. They provide the best treatments they can within the corporate bureaucratic milieu. They offer consistent and compassionate care to people who wouldn't have any options in Tuolumne County. It is hard to find anyone that accepts Medi-Cal with the mountains of red tape required in this '' Brave New World".

Let me just start off by saying that I have never experienced worse patient care from any place in my entire life! I have a serious arm injury where I got a shot in my right arm, in the wrist area to be exact and had to get 2 surgeries which resulted in me suffering from sciatic nerve damage in my whole right hand and arm. The pain is almost unbearable and it gets worse and worse by the weeks! So I got referred by my doctor that actually works next door to go see a hand specialist by the name of doctor Mc Donald.... I was told that I needed to get an additional surgery and before getting scheduled to complete the surgery I need to get seen by this hand specialist. So this is where things turn to the ugly side.... I was told by other doctors and hospital surgeons that the more time I wait to get this surgery, the worse my hand will get and so I of course hurried to get every step done so I could finally get my hand all fixed up! BUT.... here is where it begins... so my initial scheduling call took 2 weeks after my referral from the doctor.. when I got the call I was told and scheduled a month and a half later to go see this doctor McDonald, even after stressing how important it is that if possible I needed a sooner appointment. I was told I would get a call in the next week or so to schedule for the next upcoming days... I was relieved and happy that I'm finally going to get better and I'll be able to use my hand once again... BUT.... no call was ever received! I of course let it be and just out of respect patiently waited for my scheduled appointment day. Here is where things get even worse! I get a call 2 days before my appointment and they tell me that this doctor McDonald had some emergency and had to reschedule everyone from that day to a new appointment date... well I thought okay that's unfortunate and called to reschedule for a different day maybe during the same week or the next, but noooooooo.... they rescheduled me to 2 MONTHS ahead after my initial appointment! I called and called and tried to explain to them that I couldn't wait that long but no one really seemed to care, in fact I was even given attitude for asking if I could possibly be moved up as my injury is serious and almost makes it impossible to live a normal happy life. As angry as I was and dissapointed with the care that this doctor and this clinic provides I decided to wait out the 2 months in excruciating pain in hopes that it will soon be over once I get my referral to the surgery. The day finally comes! which is today by the way... I get up at 5am to get ready for my 8:30am appointment and I have to drive down all the way from groveland and I can't drive by myself either because the hand injured is my dominant right hand and so I had to get my family member to drive me and waste their time as well to get to this appointment. So this is where things just get astonishingly absurd... I show up to my appointment and have to stand there for 15 minutes as there's only one receptionist who was arguing with another patient about a similar problem as well, until finally another lady shows up and asks what I need help with... I let her know that I'm there for my appointment and guess what she tells me! SHE TELLS ME DOCTOR MCDONALD CANCELLED ALL APPOINTMENTS FOR TODAY FOR EMERGENCY REASONS! And that everyone received a call the other day stating that they needed to reschedule... she then continues to tell me that I was already late anyways so even if he was here I wouldn't of been seen anyways! For one... I was there on time and if standing inside the clinic waiting in line doesn't count as getting to the appointment on time then I'm sorry the clinic is literarily harder to get into then a shrine! Second of... I already waited over 3 months just to see this doctor and drove down there pointlessly 3 times just to get a snobby and rude reply in my face and complete lies as well. Anyways I left the clinic and did not reschedule my appointment as I will never be back to that place again and don't recomme
