Beautiful new remodel although the entrance and exit is the same door so a little cumbersome at times. It's fun to see all the different unique things they get in but if you find something you like, grab a lot because it may not be there the next time you go. Prices are good yet staff at checkout could use some customer service training. They just seem so bothered to be there, talking to each other and other customers when it's your turn, not paying attention to what they are doing, it's just weird and off putting. Staff on floor is super nice. The app and weekly deals are good if you can remember to scan your membership card because you surely will not be reminded by the checker.

Grocery Outlet is my go-to shopping spot for all my home needs. They offer a unique variety, great-quality produce, and plenty of organic ingredients. I especially love their fresh frozen organic fruit and their spectacular bread selection. There’s always something new and exciting to discover!

UPDATE: seemed to have been a temporary setback. Much improved on recent trips. Glad to see as this is a valuable feature of GO.
Lately when I’ve been shopping, it seems like there aren’t enough cashiers and there are long lines with only one or two registers open. I hope it’s just an off-time thing. One of the things I love about GO is no self check and dependable fast check out. You usually know you can fit in a quick shopping trip when time is short (unlike Safeway, where you can spend 25 minutes in line)

The new remodel in the store with the new freezers make a nice additional convenience to having more products. I also like how they have healthy products along with general groceries and hygiene products. I always kick myself when I forget the store is hidden down there by O'Reilly's. Most of their prices were pretty good but Walmart still has overall better prices. Yet Grocery Outlet has better quality and variety in my opinion.
