Exceptional Nail Technician - Linda Excels at Airbrush Nail Art! Linda Henderson is an absolute star! Her talent and attention to detail are unmatched. My nails have never looked better thanks to her expertise, especially her amazing airbrush nail art skills. Not to mention, all staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my salon experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Linda for top-notch nail care. Five stars all the way! I would never recommend this place to anyone. If anything, I would advise others to stay clear. Linda massacred my hair. I had a beautiful perm, and she cut out all the curls! I told her 5 times how I wanted it, and still she couldn't get it right! What gets me most is that she knew she did this to me, and she still charged me! I now have to wear a hat till it grows out, and I am fuming mad about this. Shame on you! If you know you don't know how to do a cut, admit to it instead of slaughtering someone's hair for 50 bucks! You should be ashamed, Linda. You're supposed to be a professional hairdresser. Update: My daughter just happened to come by a minute ago and did a little magic, making this mess look a little better. She is not a hairdresser, by the way, yet she can do a better job than Linda.

So I took my 16 year old daughter to get her hair done here and to have a nice mother daughter date. While the hairdresser Linda did a pretty good job on her hair she was completely unprofessional and disrespectful! As if charging me double what she quoted me wasn't bad enough she proceeded to whisper rude things about me to my daughter. "Your mom is just jealous " and "your mom shouldn't care how your hair looks, it's your hair". It was completely out of line and made my daughter feel very uncomfortable. I do not recommend anyone to see Linda at Identities!
