I was expecting to pay for it like I have at the big box stores in the mall. Nope! Free cleaning. I came in a second time, months later for the prongs on the same ring to be tightened/adjusted. I definitely thought I’d have to have to pay for the adjustment and it had a lot of adjusting. Nope! They helped me free of charge! Not only did Sonora jewelry make it so my ring was in better shape than when I came in, they took the time to care and answer every question I had. They let me be a part of the process and solve any issues I may have had with my ring. I was treated like family. You can’t get that at a big box store!”
