I think part of your experience may depend on the mood of the employee you talk to there, but I feel like I'm better off just using the website for future purchases. Person I talked to seemed annoyed and inconvenienced by me asking a question about a return. I wound up calling a service agent from headquarters and got much better service.

My boyfriend experienced a nasty cut in the parking lot (unrelated to Lowe’s) and the staff were incredible in helping the situation. They provided Gatorade, gauze, and hydrocortisone while we sat on the floor and worked on stopping the bleeding. Team Member, Andrew, monitored us for the entire process and brought water and an ice pack until the wound was wrapped up and stopped bleeding. Amazing service, such an amazing team!

I am so thankful for the staff at Lowe’s! I needed to exchange an item but didn't have my receipt or my husband’s card. Sandra was able to locate my purchase and help with my exchange hassle free!

The worker that we asked to unlock the cabinet for us followed us to the front and had someone scan our stuff for us. We asked the lady for help and she was very hesitant and rude. Mind you my cousin is brown. I have never had an experience like this until now. It’s very sad to see people still practicing discrimination, especially in my home town!

Lowe’s would’ve got a four Stars but, the beautiful shaded areas where I would park by the garden center and Now filled with merchandise. Shaded spots are now few and far between. I am handicapped, and that was why I went to the spots by the garden area. I did appreciate the sales people on the floor asked me if I needed anything.

So I tried to give them another chance! They failed again. I've been left hanging for over 32 hours of waiting for deliveries that never came! Never received a call or email telling me that there would be no delivery. My customers and myself have called several times to only have the phone ring and ring . I let it ring for 20 minutes just to see. When I finally got a hold of them only after having someone at the corporate office call them with me on hold do they try and explain what was going on. And all they did was run around in circles and never made sense and blamed it on everyone else. Go to Sonora lumber! The people who work at Lowe's Sonora are bottom of the barrel and have a huge problem with lying. The rudest most uninformed management I've ever encountered.
