Literally the worst pedicure I’ve ever experienced. The lady was SO rude and rough. She made me bleed on my big toe and acted like it didn’t even happen. The massage wasn’t even 30 seconds on each leg. I have never experienced anything like it before and will never go back. None of the staff seemed nice or friendly.

Steven did a really cute gel set for me. The first time I came here. When I came to get a fill, Steven was not available So a lady said she would do them. She argued with me over and over again, telling me that she could not do a fill with gel. I had never heard this and told her that and she insisted that it was correct. She downright refused to give me my fill with gel and instead used acrylic. My nails never looked worse, uneven, bumpy, chunky. Plus, she ripped more than one cuticle. Unless you make an appointment with Steven, I do not recommend stepping foot in this place.

When I made my gel pedicure/manicure appointment I was asked if I could come in at the time I called. I told them I had a baby and didn’t have that kind of flexibility. Ended up arriving 10 min late for my appointment. Once I arrived Kelly rudely stated, “You come very late, huh?” I again tell her that I have a baby at home and I do the best I can. I felt very rushed by the nail techs, not a relaxing environment at all! Highly disappointed by their color selection.
The young nail tech was very rough when cleaning on the sides my toenails during my pedicure. I told her to be more gentle and yet she continued to be rough. I have never seen a nail tech work so fast (she spent a total of 30 min on my pedicure.) I went to another nail salon for a gel manicure because I couldn’t wait to leave that stressful environment.
I’m normally someone who gives a place the benefit of the doubt but in this case I will not be coming back. If you’re looking for a relaxing and positive experience don’t come here. Side note: I have never experienced pain on the sides of my toenails in my life and since coming here I have continued to have pain/discomfort so much that I’m going to see a podiatrist.

Cost $30 for a Gel Manicure and they are very friendly and do such a great job!
You also get a nice arm and hand massage with the manicure as well!
If you have a picture of any art designs, they are very accommodating and will do it for an additional $5.
Cleanliness: It is also very nice and seems to be a clean nail salon!

Horrible horrible horrible
No it’s not the lighting….Usually Steven does my nails and they’re pretty good but this time I had another man do them. I told him if he didn’t think he could do what I was thinking we could do just one flat color, But he said it was fine. I’m speechless. How do you charge and send someone out of your salon like this????!!!! $65?!?! Half of them were lumpy and not even fully covered in top coat….very disappointed.

I got my toes done looks like I have balls on them from gel two tined and so crooked that I had to file myself then had to go back and ask them to fix the ball on my pinky toe and the half painted with a clump on my other toe way too thick of polish by the guy and charged me 65 for basic pedicure and gel polish only on my nails that only needed polish. Went before and was OK but never found a person yet that can paint nicely or file straight and not jagged or leave paint all over my skin at any Asian nail place in town. Terrible waste of money and time go elsewhere to a white girl that works in a hair salon cost the same. Had to fix myself and annoyed the guy was so fast and looked like he was pretending to do everything not really doing anything dirty! I hope I don't get some disease.

I used to go here all the time, went regularly for 3 years and always got the same thing, full set acrylic French tips, other than the owner kelly being rude a couple of times I had no other complaints. Went in a month ago to get french tips, same as always. Only this time I was told it was going to be $60 and they were going to " paint on the white" after the young girl had done the entire set with pink only acrylic AND I had already picked out the white powder! When I complained and asked why they were suddenly trying to tell me that white tips are always painted on when they absolutely are not and never have been, the owner kelly yelled at me in front of all the other customers and got angry at me for calling them out on trying to scam me. Bottom line is it cost me 65$ and 2.5 hours out of my life to get my nails done. Kelly threw a fit and to call them unprofessional is an understatement. The salon is dirty also and they never use new files. After I complained, the girl that put all pink on my nails actually sat and recorded me on her phone and another Asian woman sat 2 tables in front of me and stared at me, doing some kind of weird neck stretches the whole time, like she was trying to intimidate me. Disgusting shop, disgusting owner, don't waste your time or money. I found another nail salon that does an amazing job!

Super friendly staff, but couldn’t execute the very simple set that I asked for. I paid and tipped well, but left ultimately unhappy with this set. Will be going to another shop to have them fixed. This is the worst set I’ve ever had, and it makes me sad to leave a review like that, but the tech almost sent me away with nothing but a matte clear coat on top of just clear acrylic and it was super ugly. This is what I got when I asked for it to be more like my reference photo. Over an hour and a half of effort and $50 down the drain. Would recommend them for pedis, but get a better tech for nails, because this is not it.

The best nails in town take really good care of me. I love Steven & Kelly! They treat me good every time! I have bought gift certificates and told all my friends about them!
