When you have rude receptionist answering the phone when you’re asking questions about your pet it makes the experience unpleasant. Its incredibly rude to tell someone you’re busy with another client when you could have simply said let me place you on hold etc.. learn how to handle your job properly.

Dr. Pollard is an amazing Veterinarian and his staff is top notch. His receptionist is very knowledgeable about vaccinations and general pet and health care and was so helpful to me in my time of need during an emergency for my family's dog. From experience he is a no frills vet and low cost. I highly recommend this vet for all pet care needs

I never leave bad reviews, but please keep your animals safe and do not bring them here. Many other options in the area.

Dr Pollard is a very knowledge veterinarian you can call him after hours. How many vets do that? He doesn't nickel and done you till you're broke ! And his stories are so funny. And Keith is awesome too

I drove a friend to this clinic to take her injured cat. I was surprised at the rudeness of the front desk receptionist. She was not kind but rather short tempered with my friend who was in distress about her cat. She didn't try to be reassuring. She was unkind a very defensive when asked any questions. She was condescending and made my friend feel at fault. It also seemed like they tried to get more money out of her by saying the cat would have to spend the night without being seen by the vet. The receptionist also got irritated with my friend, saying, "You said the cat had a laceration. This is a puncture wound." My friend said she didn't know what injury the cat had but she saw blood. I was upset by the treatment the receptionist had towards a client; rude, defensive, and unkind.

The only vet that has been able to save me thousands. I drive 2 hours to see him and he gets the diagnosis right every time. We've gone to other vets over the years and our animals have been misdiagnosed over and over. It's a no frills vet and your pet will get loved and taken care of. Rob is passionate about animals and you'll see that when u talk to him.

We love Dr Pollard and his whole staff. Especially Rachel, she is always amazing to us when we come in and I absolutely love bringing my fur family here.

I never write reviews but I strongly feel that this needs to be said. My family has been bringing our pets to Dr. Pollard for over 10 years now, and HE is kind and Knowledgeable. The woman who works for him at the front desk on the other hand is HORRENDOUS. She was rude, judgmental, and spoke down to me as if I was an idiot. As long as she is working there I refuse to bring my animals there. It is truly a shame that Pollard chose to hire such a pretentious witch.

If you like being treated badly, this vet is for you. You will beg for your pet to be treated, AFTER you somehow manage to get past (make an appointment through) Pollard's daughter, Rachel, who has spent her life in misery, trapped in this time capsule of a country doctor's office from decades long ago. Nepotism at its worst. The doc will talk over you, interrupt you, fail to listen to you as you describe your pet's condition/symptoms, lecture you on what he perceives you're doing wrong, ask if the other owner is fat because your geriatric pet is 6 pounds heavier than before, roll his eyes at you when you speak, and mock you in front of his mute, grumpy assistant. I've brought three dogs there over several years now, but enough is enough. The prices aren't worth the poor, unprofessional treatment any longer.
