Refused a walk in at 3pm because they close at 3:30pm
There was not anyone else in there for them to help.
When I've had blood work done at other places it's usually takes less than 5 mins.

I made the appointment by phone. I was the first appointment of the day. Quest texted to remind me of my appointment. Quest texted me to check in as well. I waited maybe two minutes and was called in. Blood drawn and appointment took maybe 15 minutes. Very efficient and friendly staff.

The staff is always very nice. I checked in when I parked, and my name was called as soon as I walked in the door. The staff member was very good at cooking the needle, and taking my blood.
