I had to get a lot of blood work done thru the years but this visit was different. All the girls that were involved from getting me to the back to getting my information, to getting ALL the tubes ready, to taking my blood was all AMAZING!! You three ladies really made that fearful experience such fun! I know how can taking blood be fun… idk but it was such a memorable experience and I left feeling full of joy! Thank you ladies for all the hard work you guys continually do to make it a successful visit seen or unseen!

Worst customer experience I've EVER had with any business. Tried to make an appointment, they told me to go online. So, I went online and made an appointment. Website says to pay in person. Went in for my apointment... After a very long wait when on time for said appointment they told me I had to pay online. When I showed them screenshots of the web page telling me to pay onsite they literally YELLED at me and threw me out. I was dumbfounded at the lack of concern with their own procedural failings. I've NEVER been treated so poorly as a customer. I ended up filing a Better Business Bureau complaint on them. Turns out they have a D- rating with the BBB. That says it all! I would give them zero stars but Google won't let me.DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE if you value your time, money and self respect. Serious FAIL.

I was a little worried going in there today, because there are so many bad reviews. And when I got there, the check-in Kiosk was not able to read the code they sent me. Uh-oh!But I just put in my phone number and it found my appointment that way. I waited about 5 minutes at the most, then the staff was friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. So overall, based on my experience, this was a great place to get lab work done. If they fixed the Kiosk reader, I'd give it 5/5.

I have gone in a couple times to get blood work done and there is a struggle every time. I've had to make several appointments for every time I attempt to use their service. Do not recommend

The staff there are WONDERFUL, but extremely overworked! When they say they are busy, it's an understatement. This is because of how Quest sets it up, not them. They are forced to waste precious time inputting personal date before drawing blood. It's very time consuming. When I went to Sutter for blood draws, before moving up here last year, they had more staff. Therefore the lab people don't have to deal with administrative issues. They just draw the blood. And I talked to a former employee awhile back, who quit because of being paid so little. I suggest being kind to the techs while also complaining to Quest itself to fix these problems - a shortage of staff and low pay.

I had no issues with my recent visit to Quest in Sonora. I go there at least once a year for blood work. I made my appointment online and followed the instructions provided in the resulting text messages. You can't check in online until 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, so the waiting room can have people sitting there and yet there is no one on the Quest wait list on the monitor. That can look misleading to people so assumptions shouldn't be made about walk-ins getting in ahead of appointments.I was greeted with smiles by all staffers that I saw. My technician was sweet and was quick and efficient. To be honest, I am one of those people who is prepared when I walk in, with my insurance card and form of payment in hand so things can move quickly.I will continue to use Quest for my lab work.

Don't bother with Quest. They don't care about anyone. Been in a couple times and they have no one there waiting and yet their check in tells you there are many ahead of you. Not sure how this place stays in business. Went to Adventist and was in and out in 15 minutes. Pandemic is over... help someone!

Listen to the reviews! ZERO stars. I thought I would give them a chance however on 06/29/2023 one of the lab technicians specifically the one in blue scrubs stated she would lock the doors and turn away patients. It was 3:00 pm. They claim they are so busy but spent well over 30 minutes with a patient before me when they claim they can only allow a patient 10 mins. She stated she would refuse a specimen drop off even though there was 50 mins left in the day. Do not go here she was extremely unprofessional and rude. Will be making a formal complaint as well she should not be allowed to manage. This isn't the first time I've had issues. Wait times for appointments are well over an hour even though there is no one in the office. They lock their doors at 3:00 pm an hour prior to advertised closing. They don't see walk in patients at all.

My doctors (2) faxed lab orders to Quest Sonora where I currently live. I stopped by the location just to confirm that the orders were received and saw that they were. I went home and made the appointment online. I arrived and waited for about 10 minutes and was called in. I think I might have got the same rude blond woman someone else complained about or maybe rudeness is the culture there. In any case the technician had difficulty pulling up my order because I said I was Kathleen and the order was sent for Kathy, My last name is unusual and when I was there checking to see if the orders were received they had no problem pulling them up. I told her that and she managed to find them, then turned to me and in a tone that screamed it was my fault, told me that it was under a different name. Strike one. The tech reviewed the order and yelled at the tech in the next stall that she "got another order like the one she worked on" She told me that my doctor had it all wrong and proceeded to delete lines without explanation. When I asked her what she was doing she blew me off saying that the order was wrong. I asked her if my doctors would get the right information and she said yes. Now I felt uneasy - strike two. After drawing my blood, I thought to ask if both orders were fulfilled and she looked at me incredulously and said "why didn't you tell me there were two orders?" Confused, I said I knew they were there and assumed she would see them. She stated "how would I know if you didn't tell me?" I couldn't help myself and told her that she was the professional, not me. I've never been as disrespected in a medical facility. She told me she couldn't do the second order at that time; I'd have to make another appointment and come back. Strike three. Bad news? The order that wasn't performed is required for an upcoming surgery and I don't have the time to research other locations near enough to Sonora. I have to go back to this place where I am not comfortable.

They close at 4pm (says their website) and the gal walked out and told us at 3:40 that they are booked for the day. WITH AN EMPTY WAITING ROOM. And then after we walked out, locked the door. This place is a JOKE.
