Three and a half years ago I would have given this place a 5 star review sadly the situation has changed so very drastically since the 6 years I've been a customer here used to love it had a great experience with all the employees, Edgar, Steve, and of course Jr. However they are all gone and it has gone downhill ever since. The new manager is not very good at making you feel comfortable and is extremely pushy to a point where it makes you not want to communicate. He made me feel very uncomfortable was extremely rude and crass, unprofessional and uneducated or unwilling(?) to inform customers about the specifics of the contact that help you when you are struggling. Its all about money to him not helping you. I've purchased to own 10 items over the years. Ive almost never had payment issues, and when I did I payed the fees and all before items had to be returned. Due to him im not the only customer that has chosen to leave. If this is how loyal customers youve had for years desvere to be treated then im glad I won't be returning to this or any other store due to his lack of professionalism and inappropriate behavior as a manager and person in general.
