Went in to kill some time this morning. Was enjoying looking around until suddenly I was being followed and made so uncomfortable. I could feel a panic attack coming on. I walked away from my basket, bought the hangers I came there for, and got out of there. I don't know what i did to be swooped in on like that, but I'll never go back.

Bare shelves since the pandemic. Other Ross stores have full shelves but the Sonora store has never recovered. It’s a shame since we don’t have a lot to choose from to begin with.
