Firstly-the guy who works here is so rude, maybe he’s just an old grumpy geyser but it was awkward to even shop in this store with the comments he was making. Second, Prices are insane! It’s actually comical. Forever 21 and other cheap quality clothing priced at higher than the store would ever charge 😂 stick to the thrift shops friends-this place isn’t it.

We were in downtown and came across this store. They have very cute things. Some are a little pricey but others reasonably priced. You can definitely find something. It smells amazing in here so it makes you stay longer. We picked us a few things here. Staff was very friendly. Definitely stop by and check this place out.

Wonderful owners and found a banana republic sweater at a bargain. Have recieved compliments on it each time I wear it.

I called Runway Xchange to check if they take lightly used clothing. I had 6 large bags of clothing, They said yes....our current thrift store wouldn't take more than 2 small bags of clothing. They do Consignments, but I just wanted to donate to their operations. Everyone was pleasant and had a great experience. They have parking across the street in the back of their store. Completely support this operation.

purchased a pair of high heel shoes Bakers marisol for $35 at bakers they sell for $29.99. 30 minutes after wearing they exploded at the seams. lefty pair of high heel shoes there. they were put on a shelf for $30. how sad I go in every other Tuesday I buy something not often. but when I went today to pick up my shoes after speaking to Mark. he said we might be able to do something I spent $100+ dollars the day I bought those shoes. now Mark and his wife are also customers of mine. when I arrived she said our policy is not returns. I'm a local and a good honest person I would think as a good loyal person to them they would at least allow me to switch out another pair for the torn ones or the equivalent of clothing... Nope not interested she was rude, intolerable, out of line, disgusting and I am ashamed that she is a business owner in our Town.... I've heard bad things but I liked them as people till I did business with them..... horrible ethics.....Bless your hearts ???

I'm not one to criticize however this shop only takes high end clothing for consignment and that's ok but you shouldn't feel judged for bringing in clothes not up to their standards.

Found a FANTASTIC bargain and at 1/2 price. Always a great idea to stop in when I am in Sonora.Some clothes have stains and some ripped so be really careful when purchasing your clothes. I wasn't very impressed with that.

Wish the owner would wear her mask over her nose pls. Loved this store and have been consigning here for years but the new owner doesn't seem to know much about fashion or labels or designers etc. Doesn't take my good stuff but rather my cheaper frumpier items. The window mannequins are unfortunately dressed in outifts no younger or older person would wear. She prices TJ maxx used shirts for more than you can buy them new. Its also very bright in there with a million lights. Not a pleasant environment with yucky music played too. Also doesn't post anything on Instagram like the old owner did. This was helpful to see outfits and new items especially with Covid!! Please help market our clothes so we can all make a profit. I don't think I will consign here anymore unless she can educate herself on clothing more so. Husband is very nice but we need this store to succeed.

My favorite consignment store, love the owner and staff, they are so friendly and helpful!! Most of my closet is from Runway and I also have been consigning clothes for over 10 years there..I highly recommend this amazing store?

I’m so sad to give Runway Xchange a one star review, but I will no longer shop there. Despite a statewide mask order and the fact that our county COVID cases doubled in a week, their employees do not wear any kind of face covering, nor do they require their customers to do so. I love to support local businesses, but local businesses need to support the health and safety of their shoppers.
