Paid for priority mail to Sacramento,CA and ended up in Florida. Postal worker said they would check with Florida PO and then call me to confirm it was coming back. Never got a call.
3 years ago Sonora Post Office requested to put a parcel box on my property. Postal tech came out, showed me location and left me with pad specificatio. My HOA approved and paid to pour pad. After 3 years, numerous request, Post Office still has not supplied the parcel box.
Mail and packages, including medications, frequently placed in wrong box or delivered to wrong house.

I have dropped a letter or a package here in this location few times, around noon. There has been a wait of about 10 to 15 minutes, not bad. All employees who ever helped me have been great, courteous, kind, knowledgeable and efficient.
My mailwoman have been amazing ever since I moved here. Packages to my front door and letters in my box.

The people working in the office are always very kind and helpful, however I have now had probably over 20 accounts where USPS would leave a pick up slip in my mailbox for a package even if it was small enough to fit in the mail box, or could have easily been driven down to our clearly marked mail delivery box at our driveway. Instead I have had to go to the post office multiple times simply to pick up a package that easily could have been left at my house like I asked it to be. I have a PO Box as well which they also are always good about. But what’s the point of having my package shipped to my address if you are going to just state “delivery attempted” when there was no attempt made? And the one time they did drive it down to the driveway, it was thrown on the side of our road in the pouring rain instead of again in the package box with a lid that can close to protect packages from rain.

This post office has got to have the most useless, unloved, rude, disgusting, uneducated group of employees in this entire country possibly the entire world. Completely incapable of doing the most simple task (delivering mail on time) correctly then treat you like you’re crazy for their mistake. This location needs a hard reset…

The USPS regularly says I am not acccessable, yet everyone else delivers, I am home and everything is accessable. If you call their voice system, you will see they do not want to know or allow for correction. We would be better off is nobady used USPS, then we could trust our package would be delivered. Please businesses on Amazon, stop using USPS.

I drop packages off every day at the post office desk. The staff there are always polite and hard working. I worked as a post office worker many years ago and found it was literally the hardest job I ever did. So before you criticize them you should first appreciate their dedication and thank them.

The employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. "Bob"(robert) is the worst of them. Tried to talk over me when I was explaining my problem. Very rarely do I receive my mail and packages on time, and then they are damaged by careless handling and even left out in the rain because the driver refuses to go down my driveway (it is paved and easily accessible). I understand being short staffed. I understand that equipment breaks. I understand that we have adverse weather at times. None of those things excuse the treatment of my property or my person. Worse experience I've ever had at a post office in all my life.

The ladies that work at the Sonora post office are great and so kind. The men that work there, I will not name names but they are so rude and do not care about their customers needs. If you do not like your job then still please be kind to your customers. We are not any less than you.

My packages rarely get delivered on time, or at all. The phone never gets answered, only once in a blue moon. Staff are rude and poorly trained in their duties. I've been lied to, many times. If I had to recommend them, I'd state the obvious," Go with FedEx instead. They won't keep your mail hostage." Only good thing was our delivery driver today. Professional. Too bad he's not our regular.
