After asking 3 associates for help, 25 minutes waiting, and 3 pages nobody showed up to help me in cosmetics to get a tube of mascara from a locked case! I pushed the may I help you button.. Nothing! I tried calling the store 4 times and nobody bothered to answered the phone, nobody! I even tried HR and no answer there either! The last four times I tried calling the store because the online grocery check in app was down nobody answered the phone locally or at corporate! Only the pharmacy, online grocery, and the bakery have 4 to 5 star service! The rest of the store deserves a 0 to 1 star rating for lack of effort! Customers don't matter here or maybe it's that the staff has been so devalued that they don't care. If it's not enough staff that is causing it then fire whoever came up with new workforce model. Most of the devoted, long term employees are gone and the store is worse off for it. Sam Walton would be outraged.

Walmart is a unique and wonderful experience. Wouldn't miss it for the world. At least I can always find what I need.

I shop and go to pay and find out they don't have any bags. Shame on management for poor planning g. Go and buy some. This is unacceptable.

Lines are always super long, I do however have to say that there are a few employees that work there that make shopping easier, convenient and they extremely helpful and happy.

Yah..WM has gotten better handling the customer service part...never a rude person to me... love WM+ and easy pick up! The only request I can think of is less product from China
More from America!

Last night’s Walmart run was a jackpot! I went in for ingredients for ‘Red Curry Shrimp & Veggies’—but then I stumbled upon something even more magical: PALM corned beef from New Zealand! Growing up in the South Pacific, this was a staple. My Walmart has it now! I got so excited that my son and I strolled over to the bikes and found one he loved. We both agreed on it, and the price? A fraction of the local bike shop! The best grocery run ever—because dinner wasn’t the only thing I brought home!

They have pretty much everything I like, except for Boba. Also didn't get charged for some Pepsi I bought so that was a bonus!

The managers are rude and nothing is put where it goes, I can’t find anything I need or how much it costs. They leave cold pallets on the sales floor for longer than 20 min at a time which is against food safety laws. Terrible store. This is what the produce displays look like up close bc nobody cleans them

It's an Ok Walmart, I didn't like the addition of the grocery store here, and last 2 times I was in there they didn't have what I needed. They've done better when they had the fast food in there. Also, they need to care better for their disabled carts. Not as nice as it was years ago, not as easy to navigate and shop. Still, only Walmart around there, so I'm sure they'll do fine.

To the managers
I’ve reached out before over people putting their dogs in carts, the same carts our FOOD goes in. Today there were two dogs with owners in the produce dept, not service dogs! The owners didn’t see their dogs sniffing and licking the vegetables. Please, if you’re going to let dogs in the store, can you have an employee watch them. That was pretty disgusting to us!
