Every time I've gone there they could have raked me over the coals when it came to payment but they're always fair. “My latest visit was disappointing, not because of anyone at the store, but due to the online tech repair appointment person. After setting up an in-store appointment, I was told on arrival that only things with an existing warranty of some kind could be worked on. My 6 year old TV in the back of my car did not qualify.Too bad the appointment person didn't tell me this beforehand, as I drove in a long way from the mountains for nothing.I'll keep my prior 4-star rating as it was not the local store's fault. I called the local number but I guess the call was routed to somewhere else in the world.”
