“Great expertise, great service, rare great value.Radio Shack is dead and Gone. Santa Cruz Electronics more than fills the need for electronic components.On my latest two visits, I needed to replace my dated frayed Cat4 ethernet cable in my house with a working cable. So I was assisted in getting several feet of cable which I assured the sales technician that I had connectors and knew how to put the ends on.Turns out, Cat6 is a bit thicker and didn't properly fit my older end network plugs, so my connection didn't work.Revisited the store and was about to purchase the *wrong* plugs again, but the sales technician mentioned that the Cat6 twisted pair wires were slightly thicker, requiring a Cat6 end plug.So upon purchasing the correct product with his assistance, and watching a YouTube video on the differences (I was wondering why there were two small zip-lock bags with small plastic items inside), I was able to set up the plugs and get them to work. (After two tries.)I'd gone to another Big Office office supply/computer store and their Cat6 cable looked to be of lower quality (it was thinner) and was priced even higher.One Happy Customer Here.”

I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me (he was tall with longish hair) - but he was very patient and professional when helping me decide on a new phone, and answered any questions that I had, and my new phone is great!”

“Stopped in to get a microwave burrito, but discovered that 7-11 now has an entire collection of hot food ready to go. I tried the wings, taquitos and chicken rollers, they were all pretty good. Paid by phone, walked out in like two minutes with hot food to eat while driving. Staff was polite and upbeat. Will go back.”

“I love coming to this 7-11. I live on the East side of Santa Cruz, and I drive the 20 minutes to this specific location, not just because they are one of the stores that carries the type of cigarettes I buy, but, also because I am always treated like a friend when I go in there. The bad reviews I've read of this 7-11 are confusing to me... In general, people treat you in the same way you treat them. So, for the people that seem to think there are "rude" employees here, it may be good for you to think about how you're coming off to other people, first.”
“Love this location, I do not advise trying to park in the front. People drive up and down the one-way parking rows almost hitting pedestrians and oncoming vehicles driving the correct direction.”

“Good 7-Eleven location. The employee greeted us and was nice. Easy to find what you need. It's a convenience store. Typical drinks, beverages and foods you need to get to get on your way. Hot foods was taquitos. There was a homeless person that was in here but didn't bother us or anyone else inside or outside.
Overall, a good 7-Eleven store that does what it does.”

“This 7-Eleven is pretty ghetto, as far as the location goes. There's always junkies outside. They have to keep straws and lids behind the counter. Hella getto. However, staff is really sweet. They're all cool, and tolerant. Usually a big line . Owner is way cool. He went way above and beyond and delivered my refund in person when my gift card receipt was too faded to see. Super cool of him.”
