“My partner and I went into the Capitola store, as my phone was losing power, and I needed to get a new one. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me (he was tall with longish hair) - but he was very patient and professional when helping me decide on a new phone, and answered any questions that I had, and my new phone is great!”

“Me and my wife came in and we thought it was going to take forever. The girl working there Diana had the whole place vibing multitasking different accounts and new lines. Her energy was amazing and had the whole store laughing and having a good time. Mind you she was extremely busy and just had the whole thing popping out of amazingness. NEVER have we had quite the most amazing experience at Any Cricket Experience ever. Capital Mall is now our favorite spot to go to. We love Diana's energy an enthusiasm. If we could give more than five stars we would definitely give more than five stars”

“Computer Zone is the closest repair shop to us on the Westside of Santa Cruz. I've had Kevin and his assistants repair two laptops and one HP desktop. I purchased a refurbished Lenovo at a great price. Most recently replaced the battery in a Samsung Galaxy Tab. Highly recommended.”

“Stopped in to get a microwave burrito, but discovered that 7-11 now has an entire collection of hot food ready to go. I tried the wings, taquitos and chicken rollers, they were all pretty good. Paid by phone, walked out in like two minutes with hot food to eat while driving. Staff was polite and upbeat. Will go back.”

“Cristobal was so helpful! He went above and beyond to help with my upgrade despite a lot of complicated account stuff on my end and the fact that he was the only person there helping multiple people. He was super patient and knowledgeable.”

“Good selection. Helpful staff. Management cares and puts in the time and effort to make sure the customer is able to make purchases without issue. Keeps items stocked and maintains a clean food and drink area. Over all, one of my go to stores for convenience, Friendly service, and availability of choice products. Has been the local corner 7-Eleven store for over fifty years. I’ve been a customer ever since I was a kid purchasing 2 cent candies long, long ago…”

“So I went there to assist my mom in getting a phone. Not only did they go above and beyond to gain her as a client, they also helped with the transition in contacting the correct personnel at the other carrier, who she was leaving due to bad service, to help get the codes she needed for transfer. Many companies these days aren't taking those extra steps, yet Metro employees did today. Great job! I know it can be challenging to work with some clients who may not be so tec savvy but they did it with grace and patience. I know my mother, as a senior felt supported and like I steered her into a better plan.”

“This 7-Eleven is pretty ghetto, as far as the location goes. There's always junkies outside. They have to keep straws and lids behind the counter. Hella getto. However, staff is really sweet. They're all cool, and tolerant. Usually a big line . Owner is way cool. He went way above and beyond and delivered my refund in person when my gift card receipt was too faded to see. Super cool of him.”
