CrossFit Santa Cruz Central is a welcoming and inclusive gym with a positive energy and a loving community. It is noted for being dog and child friendly. The facility has all the essentials and everything a CrossFitter could want, including lots of equipment, top-notch facilities, and a multi-door garage set-up with an outdoor area that is extremely pandemic friendly. It is one of the oldest boxes but one of the best by far. The people and coaches are amazingly friendly, taking time to know your name and creating a most welcoming place. The top coaches provide top-notch coaching, with a focus on fundamentals for new members. The level of care for each athlete is very evident. It is a true gem with a group that is that friendly. Members would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area looking for top class coaching and a community that makes you wanna be there.

Top class, top coaches, top facilities. One of the oldest boxes I've ever been to, but one of the best by far. Annie is the best CrossFit coach I've had the pleasure to encounter. Go here if you're in Santa Cruz. Also extremely pandemic friendly due to their outdoor area and multi-door garage set-up.

Almost all of the coaches from the very first CrossFit gym moved down the street and started this affiliate. This reflects in the extremely professional level of coaching, and CrossFit is truly all about the coaching.
