They did such a lousy job my wife asked when I was going to get the car washed.
Many surfaces were never wiped down. I had spray residue inside my car. The inside and out had dirt all over it. My rubber trunk liner was folded slightly and crushed by the trunk door. My side mirrors are motorized and folded for the car wash. They had yanked the passenger side mirror off its track, forcing it open.
When I attempted to talk to a manager, they said I had to wait until 3 pm, then at 3 pm, they said I had to wait till the morning.
Just go anywhere else.

Poor interior clean. Come on you guys. I spent 20 years going to you guys, left for 12 years, now I’m back. I tip very heavy , hoping to help, but nada. I borrowed a rag, spent 20 seconds finishing the job, respectfully and professionally shared my thoughts, no apologies, just turned away from me. Actually reading other posts, your problem is systemic. You are very convenient to me, you actually have competition, I’m thinking this is an easy fix if your cared to. May the force be with you. 🙂

Did okay job on outside, rims still a bit dirty. Tires look good. Didn’t even pop up windshield wipers to clean glass underneath. Inside was poorly done. Didn’t vaccum or wipe down inside of trunk. Vacuumed main cab but didn’t really wipe things down. Still pretty dirty. Def would not return. Should just do it myself to get it done properly.

The quality was terrible . The windows were dirty both inside and out. Carpet and seats not vacumed well . The console was dirty and the dash . The car didn’t even smell clean. When I spoke to attendant he didn’t even apologize and just gave excuses… Don’t waste your money .

Several locals have told me this is a solid spot for a good inside/outside wash. I've gone twice (figured maybe it was an off day the first time) and was pretty disappointed with the results both times. Could have done a better job myself at home in ~30 minutes. This latest time, they told me my car was done, but it was still full of dog hair and had dirt/dust on the seats in plain view. I grabbed the vacuum and spent another 10 minutes cleaning it myself. I don't mind cleaning my car, but if I pay someone else to do it I'd hope they'd do a half-decent job/at least get the surface stuff.

Lousy job for $36. Didn't clean bug droppings off car. Windshield was smeary when I drove into sun.

Do not go here. Horrible car was, car was dirty inside and out at end of "premium service". Broken radio know. Just the worst car wash every.

So happy to be able to drive in and get such great service without even getting out of the car! The drive through and personal service before and after made sure my car was spotless. Recommend and will be returning! 🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏

About two weeks ago I took my truck through this car wash for the first and last time. When I went through the wash bay the brushes took about a half inch wide by 3 to 4 inch long section of paint from my driver side door. When I pointed it out the manager he denied everything, said it must have been already damaged. He gave me the phone number to a so-called owner, I called the number and left messages several times, I never heard a word from them to this day. So I'll be sharing my experience with all my family and friends so they want be going there to get the treatment that I did. I think this is a lousy way to do business. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Have gone here for years. Went on Saturday for full inside/outside cleaning
Car is not clean. Still sand ( easy to vacuum )
And many areas of inside and outside with minimal attention. And no gas available.
Tried to leave message to discuss and no answer. Time wasted. Will not go back

don't ever leave reviews… Showed up 10 minutes before close and they said outside only. Didn't seem happy in was there. Everyone seemed mad and wanting to leave. It's only 3:50 PM. I drove in traffic to come here. Very disappointed they didn't make me feel welcome at all. Also no change because he put it away already so I had to pay with cars.
