I went in for gas today and was treated so rudely by the attendant. He was busy playing with a toy gun outside and very reluctantly eventually came in to take my money so I could pump gas. The pump I wanted to use it wasn't working and the air machine wasn't working. I will not go back. I do like to support local business when I get good service.

Wow, I live across the street from the other Great Gas Station on 7th avenue, and this one in Soquel is well lit with merchandise that catches one’s curiosity…. Anyhow it’s an upgrade and the gas prices are the cheapest in town! Good deal for Great gas ?

The gas dispensing pumps are very slow takes almost double time to fill up. Prices are good though.

I have an older truck that needed smog. I had to do a lot of work to get it to pass. Martin was beyond helpful when it came to assisting me with my process. He must have diagnosed my truck at least 3 times using his computer and each time he told me what I needed to do. He was beyond professional and you will never get this type of service at a large corporation chain smog stop. I highly recommend everyone go here. Tell him Damian sent you. Support your local mom and pop smog shop. Go see Martin at Falcon group.

I cannot say enough about this shop-- it's is just outstanding! Everyone there is so helpful, friendly and professional. Martin sets this high standard, both with regard to the friendliness, and the mechanical skill. The place was recommended by a mechanic friend, who told me that the nearest auto shop to our home happens also to be the very best! He then told me that Martin- who now runs the shop, is both an amazing mechanic, and a super nice and honest guy. We have taken all of our cars and trucks to Martin, and he has been able to accurately diagnose and fix an assortment of problems.We recommend this place to all of our friends, and now to you strangers.

Went in for a smog check recently and also requested the removal of my weatherman storage units on my truck. Wasn't quoted, assumed that's included based on the friendly enthusiasm and manner in which mechanic intimated that it's included. Anyhow, it cost 100$ for just the removal of two units, 16 inches x 90 inches. I embraced that cost. More importantly, a day and a half later discovered that the mechanic did not re-bolt down the main rack frame on the truck. This could have been a huge liability on my drive to SF, as it could've flown off, wreaking havoc on the road and causing a major accident. Not sure why they'd manifest a major safety hazard and remain mute about it. Assumed it's a given they'd bolt it back down. Mechanic very easily could have conveyed that the large frame is not bolted down after he did the job. Amateur and negligent in my opinion.
