I got my hair cut and styled by Britney last week and I LOVE it! I'm so grateful I found her. She did an amazing job and it was truly a joy to sit in her chair. We cut off a good amount of dead hair with stagnant energy attached to it. I feel like a fresh, new me! Thanks again Britney!

Please note: I can't really speak to any other stylist well maybe the unfriendly blonde that apparently owns the salon... but other than that.. I originally requested another stylist but was booked with the gal that answers the phone... I had my hair dyed roughly 3 weeks ago. I made another appointment prior to leaving the salon. I was happy with the cut. Truthfully I was pleased with the color, as long as I remained inside. As soon as I walked outside and according to all my friends, colleagues and family my hair was two toned and " very dark". I guess she did not tone it properly according to a friend that has a salon in LA Truthfully that was beside the point. When she text to confirm appointment I told her I needed to speak to her about the color. That I was not pleased. She immediately became defensive, and proceeded to discuss money and service stipulation. I never at anytime requested reimbursement, as I truly just wanted to have an adult conversation. I'll leave her name out of it and let the salon take the hit.. maybe in the future you will not be so rude and defensive... in addition don't talk about your personal business when preforming a service.. especially when your charging g over 200.00 for a poor job. Nobody wants to hear it.. patrons come to relax. Another piece of advice don't text customers at 7am for any reason..

I have been going To Britney for about 8 years, and she rocks! I recommend her with flying colors. Speaking of colors, she is very talented with top of the line quality coloring, and while working with clients, actively listening to their needs- she guides every step of the way experimenting with color, if that's what you want. Her bedside manner is amazing, and she is incredibly punctual and organized. Feathers Salon is NOT the place where you'll wait a long time for your scheduled appointment. She's great with kids, teens, men in a rush, clients who had a bad experience somewhere else, folks needing a special day hair makeover, etc. She is a terrific hairstylist and will spend a lot of time with you, making sure you are satisfied, which I promise you will be.

When you ask how much and they give you quote of 80 to90 on color and then she said 110.00. I slso tipped her 22.00. The next person might not have the cash. PleSe stick to ur quote amount.

Kristy is the best! Her prices are competitive and her work is so well done! She is a lovely person and also nice to talk with. Very ethical ! Highly recommend. As a side note, the salon is darling and very well kept. Very clean and upbeat

I feel like Erin is part of my family now, so that makes me kinda feel like this review is cheating...but here we go. I was referred to Erin and Feather Salon thanks to the team at Sand Rock Farm which was supposed to be the site of my wedding in December 2020. But literally days before the date, well...2020, right? California screeched to a close and the date was postponed. Erin didn't skip a beat...she got the new date scheduled and just had a simple question for me: Are you good? Is everything OK? This has just been what it has been like working with Erin. You come first. Full stop. When we FINALLY got to actually work together, she styled all of my friends hair with Gillian and honestly, it felt like the BEST all girlfriend party ever. She was attentive...SHE LISTENED FOR ALL the details. And her work was AMAZING. Everyone...especially me as the bride...felt GORGEOUS. And I do NOT know what brands are in her magical kit of makeup...but ladies...ZERO DRIPPY MASCARA...and believe me...there WAS crying. My lasting memory of FINALLY hosting our friends and family to celebrate our marriage will ALWAYS include Erin as being part of the laughter and friendship and fun. (Oh...and the half-up, half down beach wavy masterpiece known as my hair...that s***** stayed up ALL NIGHT WITHOUT BUDGING A BIT. I'm talking a modern MIRACLE!) Erin and Gillian are simply amazing. Can't wait to be a long-lasting customer and coming in to see that gorgeous salon!

Such an incredible salon, a true gem! I unexpectedly had to find a new stylist and booked an appointment at Feather. SO glad I did~ I have literally never been more satisfied with my hair cut and color. The space is really bright and filled with gorgeous plants. I leave smiling every time :) The staff is all so personable and sweet. Thank you Feather!!
