Very helpful experience over the phone. I had received an email that said I was charged for another year of Geek Squad insurance, it was in fact a spam/phishing email and they helped me get to the bottom on it.

we had dave come out from soquel store to deal with large screen t.v install and router upgrade. he and co worker phil went over and above in being helpful and knowledgable. the experience was timely and professional. kudos to best buy for hiring good people.

After three other “Expert†companies attempted to solve our internet and WiFi issues I called GeekSquad on a whim and prayed for the best, in less than 90 minutes from the arrival time I had all issues resolved, including bungled installation issues by previous installers, everything is working perfectly !
