Employees are friendly and helpful. The issue i has is the false information that is going around that they will price match with amazon and other companies. Im not sure which ones they do it with, but the false information should be addressed before a potential lawsuit happens. Not gonna be me, but someone might. Never know nowadays.

Don’t get gift cards to this place. The pin scratch’s off and customer service won’t do anything for you even when their own employees scratched the pin code off at the register in the store. Customer support is no help. Just a bunch of time wasters and geriatric patients.

This store is so poorly run. You can start with how they store their sheet goods. If you like them wavy, you're in the right place! Or maybe try to call ... let's see it's been 25 minutes. At the 7 minute mark someone told me to hold. I only go to this Home Depot when I have no other choice. I'd rather pay more at OSH and get some help.

Most of the personnel were very helpful except for an older gentleman who took care of the locked up tools (grinders). He was grumpy. It felt he did not want to be there. He also was not knowledgeable about the products.

We were having trouble getting our new hot water heater with the state rebate, and Algy was so kind and helpful! She is a great manager, she cut through all the red tape and made it happen. Excellent customer service from Algy!

Just came with a couple husky hand tools and I tried to exchange the tools since it has a lifetime warranty. Dealt with such a rude employee by the name of Frank. He was racist and rude. He refused to honor the husky lifetime warranty return policy and treated me with such an unfriendly manner. Frank needs to get trained on his customer service skills and next time try treating an Air Force Veteran better than you did today!!! SO UNHAPPY WITH FRANK!!!

If i could rate -1 i would. Unprofessional, truck drivers being treated badly that is perhaps why trucking service tied to HD is pissed off about this. We are very frustrated bcoz the delivery for the refrigerator
has been canceled twice already!

This location is well stocked clean and neatly organized. Mia in Customer Service is knowledgeable, kind and fast. A true professional. Highly recommend this Home Depot location.

Why are the people in the paint department so condescending? I've been in twice, and each time, they were the worst people ever. Once was to get an item, that was in stock at this store according to the web site, and they shrugged and said "good luck". I've had reasonable experiences with everyone else in the store. Even good ones.
