Overall very disappointed and did not feel comfortable putting my finances in their hands. I was expecting to meet with a knowledgable professional but what I got was a nervous data entry person who was not even very familiar with how to work their own software. 1 out of 10. Would not recommend.
I waited about 40 minutes for my appointment, while walk ins were being taken ahead of me. The whole time I could clearly hear the other customers intense conversations through the flimsy cubicle walls, so you know everyone in the waiting area is listening to you when it’s your turn. When I finally got seen, the person was not able to answer my questions, was googling to look for help right in front of me, and seemed generally confused. There was no WiFi in the office and I was told to go to Starbucks to use their internet to email documents. Just blown away by the complete lack of professionalism.

Recommend this office.My tax assistant was Mitza who provided very efficient and kind service. The tax prepare assistant was strict to the business and made me feel comfortable to work with her trusting the information and asking for additional help with previous tax year.Which she did helped me clearing all the questions on the mistake I did.

April 5th, They realize I miss 1 form and they can't file my return although last year they file the return without it. They only do "Data Entry" they don't help or do anything to help. The worst experience you can have.
