“My company has a relationship with Rocket mortgage which provides “VIP” service so I was pretty sure I’d end up going with them. I reached out to Jessie as well in order to have a little room to negotiate when Rocket came back with a quote.

I wanted to make an offer on a new home without a sale contingency on my current one. Rocket flat out said “our underwriter says it’s not possible but let’s try and move forward.” Jessie, on the other hand, was completely transparent and told me it would be a complicated process but she could get it done. Not only did she get it done, we actually ended up with the best case scenario - paying less for a larger home and…. no sale contingency!

So if Rocket provides VIP service for one of the largest companies on the planet and can’t handle business, I guess Jessie provides VVIP service? Super VIP? We’ll come up with something…

I met Victor and his team through my wonderful buyers I met at my open house. My buyers let me know they were in the process of being pre-approved with Victor and asked me if I would assist them in their purchase. I was more than happy too!!!
That’s when I called Victor to introduce myself beings we never worked together before. Victor told me how he operated and I was impressed! To make a long but GREAT story short…buyers came into town 6 hours away, I had 3 days to get them into contract. I Showed them 5 houses, the last one they loved and wanted to submit an offer.
