I will leave a 5 star review if Stuart Automotive repairs my AC after they replaced the components and it failed to work properly. I feel like I'm getting the run around so that I'll lose my patience and not pursue this further. That won't happen.

We have settled on Stuart Automotive as our family mechanic for all vehicles newer and older. This time he fixed my 2002 truck’s steering. An honest shop owned by a very good mechanic.

Had brake failure on my van whilst travelling through California, and although they weren't able to fit me in gave me a list of other shops and topped up my brake fluid to get me there. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Our cars were maintained by Polar Automotive for many years. But, when they closed in 2020, we felt lost. Who's going to service our cars now?Fortunately, at Polar's recommendation, we came to Doug at Stuart. He has not disappointed. He's a good mechanic and honest. When servicing our cars, he calls to keep us informed of anything unusual. He explains things well and provides good advice. We feel like we're in good hands at Stuart.

We were in capitola on vacation and our truck batteries died. We went to Costco and bought batteries, but didn’t have the tools to replace them. We called Stuart and they were able to change the batteries the same day, quickly and for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
