Derrick Joyner is a wonderful client relationship consultant! He is always ready to handle any issue at hand with a smile and sense of humor. He is a professional and was the reason I stayed with US Bank. I really appreciate the service he has provided over the years at this location!

I called US Bank to get an appointment to get a document notarized. The Represented who working at the bank refused to make an appointment to get my documents notarized. He said that it was his prerogative and told me that he would not notarize a non US Bank document. I have been banking with US Bank since 2004 and have I Military Account along with a Savings Account, A Credit Card and paid off over a millions dollars in various loans and paid better then agreed. The type of account that I have comes with free Notary service. I called Corporate and verified that this is a free service and it is. My call was not addressed at the Corporate office as I was told that they would need to look into the issue and call me back in 2-3 business days. Why should I have my money in US Bank if I can't get the services I am entitled to receive without a having to waste my time to receive it? Anyone else notice that these younger workers are aggressive, rude and adversarial? Looks like I will need to bank somewhere else.

I was having a very annoying day. The ATM wouldn’t take the money I was trying to give the bank ? Derrick Joyner stepped in to help me out. He was very professional, positive, and really, just saved the day. All the other interactions I have had to date with this branch have been great. I didn’t catch everyone’s name, but I really appreciate it. Thank you!

Nice branch INSIDE Safeway but limit standing room when Safeway is busy. Apparently when the air quality is bad you are referred to Watsonville... this doesn't make sense because wouldn't the air quality be just as bad if not worst the further inland you drive... And if the air is bad for a branch inside a supermarket then why wouldn't Safeway close... I guess they don't share the same inside air.

Went in today (Sunday) to find out about my new debit cards pin #. Guy tells me to go to atm and use a pin he gives me then it will ask me to set my own- so I try it it doesn't work- all the while in a bit of a hurry to get somewhere- I go back and tell him it's not working then he tells me that I have to press a tab on the ATM screen that he never even told me about in the first place- felt like he was playing a little game with me-bad customer service- I'm at a bank, my time is preciuos, I DONT have time to fiddle around with the male teller with a shabby beard who apparently has all the time in the world- then to hear a little snicker from the girl teller once I get done is the icing on the cake- I think it's time a manager put a little fire under there asses! Be professional. Maybe there getting a little to laxidaisel sitting in that grocery store! The guy with the blondish brown hair and glasses is great- ALWAYS professional- stellar customer service!

Teller did not return my license after asking for it as an ID. When I realized it they are closed and I am unable to rent a car. Inconsiderate to keep license and not call to inform customer.

I came in with a ripped US dollar bill. It was missing only the left side and only about half an inch. They refused to give me a new dollar saying that banks can't do that unless the dollar is whole.
