I didn’t have all the money transferred into my account yet(I was getting family $ help) and they let me put a small refundable deposit down so I wouldn’t lose the car to another customer in that time.
And in the end, we had some transferring issues but they worked with us to make it work out!

The day I picked it up the starter starting going out and I noticed the back right window couldn’t roll up from the drivers seat and I was thinking… ah great I should checked these things before I spent the money…. But!!! They were amazing! I was given an employees number I could text to contact and when I told them about the situation they had me come back with the car and the fixed both of those issues… free of charge and with a happy-to-do-it demeanor!

“The service team is absolutely AMAZING!! I bought a 24 Dodge with less than 4,000 mi on it and it turned out to be a complete lemon. I didn't buy it from this dealership, but I took it in as it was still under warranty. Rigo and his stuff were absolutely wonderful! They worked incredibly hard to resolve the issue over a 9-month period, and really put everything they had into making sure they could save me from the lemon process. Unfortunately, the car is now in the lemon process but if it wasn't for Rigo and his team, I would most likely be still seeking resolution. These guys know their stuff, are super friendly, extremely helpful and make the process so much easier and effortless. They were very transparent about what they were doing, and also very willing to listen to any of my concerns and problems I may have been having with the vehicle. They never once treated me like I was somebody who didn't understand anything about cars, but instead made me feel valued in the information I was bringing them. I seriously can not say enough great things about the service staff! If you have an issue with your car, or just need even a run if the mill oil change, these are your guys! I've never felt more confident, or valued at another dealership and after warranties run out, I usually take my vehicle to a local mom and pops. But these guys have my business! I would definitely use them for repairs as well as normal maintenance on my Dodge even if the warranty were to lapse, just because of their amazing service and how knowledgeable they are. If you're having any issues with any stellantis vehicle, rest assured these guys will figure it out and get it done if it can be. Super friendly stuff from the front desk, to the back of the shop. Santa Cruz Dodge will definitely get my business again. After my first experience with stallantis, I'm a little nervous to go back to the brand. But I absolutely love the car when it ran correctly. Based on the level of the care that I received from the Santa Cruz Dodge dealership, when it's time to look for a replacement, they will definitely be at the top of my list in finding a new vehicle. I honestly can't say enough great things about this service team.”
