I bought an office chair that fit my body and is well made and comfortable. However, it took 4 months after I paid for it to arrive. I get there are delays beyond the business' control but they should have called to inform me of the delay! I had to call twice before I could pick up my chair even though they said they would call me. Poor customer service. I will not return.

15 min late to our appointment. Didn't apologize. Only 10 chairs in the store to choose from. Even office max was more inviting, which is depressing.

I was sold an excellent office chair that seems ergonomic -- I can sit for long times without adverse feelings that I had with my old chair. The new chair has just the features I wanted -- my input was attentively listened to and respected. Thanks!

We were just starting to explore office chair options, and Gong was very thorough at explaining the different types of chairs, and emphasized that size and fit are priority. After narrowing down to the one to purchase, he patiently went through all the controls. We used the option to pick up at the Soquel warehouse, and Luis was very helpful, assembling the chair, and loading into the SUV. The chair is helping my posture be more ergonomic, and looks nice.

Beautiful store with some amazing furniture. Helpful, patient, friendly staff. Prices seemed quite high but after looking online I found they actually weren't that bad.
