“Super clean, the manager is so friendly. They have a new truck you can use to move your items with a hefty deposit unfortunately I didn’t know till it was to late. But I am so happy with the security and the cleanliness. Not once did I ever see a cockroach or mouse poo. It’s so clean. Easy to access and 24 hour access which I believe everyone should be able to get to their things any time they need to.”
“I have just purchased my unit and can't review the complete experience yet however, the person that helped me (Dina) was very helpful and took care of me during her lunch break. The office was actually closed when I arrived however Dina saw me and asked if I was there to make a payment. I told her I was there to find a space for my boat and a covered unit to rent until our new home escrow closes in a month or two. She was very helpful and hooked me up with a viewing for the covered unit.Unfortunately, there was not a space available for the boat. I was told to provide her with exact measurements before she could verify an open spot, which was completely understandable, so when we move some of our items I will let her know and hopefully there is a space for the craft.”
“The lady up front was very nice and explain everything in details . And she even said if I can’t make it down by the due date I can call and give my payment over the phone . I always tell my friends if they need a storage u it to call shield storage .”
“Dave is very nice and was very helpful when we had a moving trailer to unload. He used his fork lift to pull a utility trailer from our moving trailer outside (too tall to fit into building) and our 10x20 inside the building. He made about 6 trips for us and saved us a couple hours of work. Thanks, Dave!”

“This is a small but clean facility. It is all through an automatic system but there is a local manager who I can reach out to if there are any issues and he always calls back and takes care of the issue.”
“Drove by looking for this place not thinking it would even be open on a Monday at 4pm. Even tho' I'd read a negative review here I had hopes of storage near Columbia. New day at Gold Springs. In 15 minutes Sarah not only greeted me with a big smile but directed me to the unit I wanted and signed me up at $70 month, said they have a web page now and are much better at returning calls.
