No one ever answers when you call. When placing orders for photos online the store never prints them. Always says "there's an issue with our photo machine". Never fails. Why offer this service if it never works? Or at least have the decency to respond to online orders immediately and say they can't be fulfilled. They need to really get it together.

The "Manager' (shoulder length hair, glasses), should not be a manager based on the fact she has a bad attitude and no common sense. Why would you tell someone to use self checkout, even though I clearly said no because I wanted to use coupons and get cash back, insist that I will be able to do so on the machine, watch me scan everything and put in my info, just to tell me that machine is out of cash and I can just pay for my purchase and she can ring me for something else at the register to get cash back................

Don't go to this CVS a lady Rocio was so rude!!!! I don't even know if her name is Rocio I asked for her last name and she didn't want to give it to me. She was acting big bad in front of customers!!

Came in the day before Valentine's Day to get valentines cards for my daughter and was greatly disappointed upon arriving home to find that in the box there was no cards. The box that we chose to get it had 12 cards in it along with pencils apparently someone had pulled the cards out from the pocket where you can see the pencils you're able to touch the pencils through the box.My daughter was extremely upset when we came home just to open the box and have no cards inside not only do we have to go drive around now to a 99 cent Store which had absolutely no cards available and then to a Walmart to try to find whatever cards they had left. The cards from the box were stolen. I don't recommend coming here for cards. Another Reason I'm mad is more because of how much a mess there was. Empty boxes on the floor, candy on the floor. Suspicious dirty weird people walking up and down the aisles. And only one person at the check out. Pretty much I wouldn't recommend shopping here.

If they had negative stars I would mark the max. I agree to sign up for their discount program, the girl who signed me up tells me I can cancel either through calling or email. She writes the phone number and email on the back of the receipt. A month after I cancel through email I am still being charged. I call to find out why and they inform me that you can't cancel through email, you can only cancel by calling. So what was the email she wrote down? Are you guys hurting for money that bad that you are using trickeration on customers now? Boooo this place!

My Husband came literally 15-20 min before closing time to buy formula for our baby and the doors were already locked? Working retail myself we never closed 15-20 min early not even 5 min early. I don't know who's the manager but you need to look into this or change your time.

Id first off like the show my appreciation for all the workers working during this difficult time in the world. It hasn't been easy and my hats off to you all . I want to share a special shout-out to David Castro who has treated my mom with the upmost respect. His kindness is truly magical he is truly one of a kind. Whenever my mom has any issues regarding certain medications, he always delivers excellent customer service and is an amazing problem solver. He never panics and is always there to listen and work out those perception issues with patience and reassurence.

I wouldn't normally write a review about a boring old pharmacy but want to point out how the clerk at this location went the extra mile for us. Our prescription would have been $57, but the person behind the counter took it upon themself to look up a coupon before we even arrived. When we did, we learned that the coupon they found saved us more than half on the price. WOW! Thank you so much for caring, and helping us save money at a time when we really need to. It's much appreciated!

If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately this is the closest pharmacy to where I live, and I'm a high risk pregnancy. Every single time I've visited this location, they are always incredibly rude. The actual store employees are OK. It's the pharmacy staff that's the issue. I don't know if maybe they are stressed because of COVID, or if this is just how they are normally. It's really becoming a problem, and I'm thinking I may just have to switch to a different pharmacy.

I always have trouble with my prescription been done on time and they call me it's ready and I have to wait in line for 30 minutes to get helped it's annoying staff is rude and don't help at all this is why people use other pharmacies because it's horrible customer service I won't come back again !
