“Only real downsides are that the staff never know when they will receive new items and don't have a catalog to let you know what they have. You have to look through everything for yourself.Other than that, they have a lot of retro as well as modern games, systems and accessories. They also repair pretty much anything video game related.Give them a try. You'll probably go every so often like me.”

We couldn't power it back on after that and had put off taking it in because of the hassle and fear of the price tag that would come with the repair. We found Matias TV Service on Yelp and decided to give it a try and we were so happy with the experience. Ernesto was super helpful, kind, and thorough in his explanations of the repair and what we could do to prevent it in the future. “I'm absolutely over the moon! If I could rate this business 6 stars, I would without hesitation. I shipped two miniDV camcorders, a Canon ZR90 and a Sony DCR-PC105, to Video Cam Repair and I couldn't be happier with the service I've received. The Canon has been sitting in a closet unused for close to a decade, so it was in dire need of some TLC, and the Sony was a used purchase I grabbed off of eBay, and you never know how a previous owner may have treated an item or how thoroughly they've tested it before selling... so I shipped both off to have them fully repaired, cleaned, and calibrated, and they were returned to me in brand-new condition! The ZR90 needed new video heads and the DCR-PC105 needed a couple of major fixes, and the price was beyond fair for the service provided. I would choose them again in a heartbeat, and I'll be back should anything else happen to my camcorders. They were fixed and shipped back to me (free return shipping, btw) within two weeks and the communication was stellar. You're in good hands here!”

Unfortunately, it seemed to be OK and he was unable to find the cause of the water leak because the machine was working OK. He told me to watch for the leak and take a picture if it happens again. “Mark came out to reconnect our entertainment center after it had been stored for many months due to a water leak restoration. The electronics were a mess. There had been some attempt by the company that disassembled it to label cables but they were confusing and not complete. We have multiple applications including surround sound. Mark is exceptional. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable, but he is patient (we asked a lot of questions!), helpful, cheerful and high energy. He got us back up better than it was before. “After a disappointing encounter with the "genius" bar at Apple, where they told me my computer was "obsolete" and they could not be bothered to replace the failing battery, I found Reboot. Thoughtful, competent, prompt and reasonably priced service when you need it. A great place for laptop and phone repair.”
“I have never been to a UBreakIFix before, my concern was poor battery health on my iPhone. The staff was great, gave me a good explanation of the situation and all the “what ifs” that could take place as well as making me aware of the worst case scenario. I handed my phone over at 11:30am, they quoted me two hours for battery replacement. I arrived at 1:40pm and the phone was completed and in the same condition I handed it to them. The reason I can’t give them a 5th star is simply because yes, they did the battery replacement but the phone was returned to me with 4%, I understand the battery’s come on low state of charge it just would have been nice to know that they quality checked their work prior to my arrival(as in, get the phone to at least 50%). That attention to detail would have easily gotten them a 5 star but aside from that hiccup they seemed to do a good job.”

“Called and immediately was told that if I brought my phone before 3pm then I could get it fixed by 5pm that day. Low and behold I get my phone there at 1pm, come back at 5pm and my phone is completely fixed (the charging port got switched out). It was $75 which might be a bit higher than some places but I don't really care since it was fixed in the same day. The man in the front was nice too :)”
“First time here. My microwave started making all kinds of noises. This place is a certified Panasonic repair center. Unfortunately I didn't save my receipt. Might have been under warranty but no receipt no warranty. $29 estimate to look at it and that amount is applied to repair. Couple hours later he called and said it was fixed. Total repair was $80. Definitely think this was a good deal in today's world where everything cost so much. Recommend using this place if u need any of your electronics repaired. Owner has been there for decades. But everyone now days just go buy new appliances when they have a problem so shops like this won't be around without support.”

“Went to the Apple Store with my friend, were told we’d have to pay for a new replacement iPad… The only thing that needed fixing was the charging port which had some gunk in it. The Apple Store spent 40 something mins before saying they won’t repair and can’t replace the charging port. Went to this guy immediately, in and out, not even 3 minutes he fixed the issue. $20 for 3 min of time. Excellent service, quick, honest repair. Don’t go to the Apple Store, come here!!!!”
