Horrible customer service I tried walking in they told me it was closed even tho it says open on the maps app

It's says it's open 24 hrs but no one was there at 540 am. No one. Not even at the window. There was NO phone#to call. Then the guy strolls out of the restroom 20min later. Without saying sorry for the wait
