“Amazing customer service.
It was really busy and a few dryers were open, but they were only accepting quarters at the time. I was about to walk out with my wet clothes. When the older lady that worked their asked if I needed help, I told her the situation and she was able to get me some quarters so I can finish drying my clothes.
And even for how busy it was, the place looked really clean and neat.I will definitely be returning to this location”

She is experienced “ In The Business “ ( and, it shows! ), knowledgeable, Professional, and extremely helpful with ways to get around the restrictions that the state mandates ( I like my shirts starched ) my shirts that comes back are exact and perfect…without starch!…amazing!
And Cocktail Dressed and Women’s Dresses / Cocktail Suits always makes my wife feel like a Princess!
My suits and sport coats, and slacks ALWAYS come back to me looking like I just purchased them…
When I served as a Tank Commander in the Armor Cav of the Mighty 40th, I used to have my Camo Uniforms Starched by Esteem…I always “ stood Tall and Looked Good “, and felt like Geo. S. Patton ( another North San Gabriel Valley boy ), and I always past inspection…hoorah!
…Oh!…and the Seamstress on premises is Exact, and…She knows how to do French Cuffs on Slacks / Pants!…oh, believe you me…nowadays?…in today’s relaxed society?…that goes a long way…
And, they still offer Delivery Service, that goes that extra mile for satisfaction!
I’ve met the Owner, when the Huntington Drive store had a Plant on Premises, and He would Always do what it took to please!
There are other Dry Cleaners in Arcadia, but this household keeps coming back!

“The owner / worker is very kind. The machines wash and dry exceptionally well. The customer service is stellar. My favorite laundromat ever!
The only downside is the increase of vagabonds / meth addicts. On Memorial Day 2024, a vagabond broke through the door that leads to the back area of the vending machines (Management should check their cameras). Then, that same vagabond / meth addict went outside and was harassing a customer by "looking for the key to the car" underneath the customer's vehicle. The guy had catalytic converter thief written all over him. I am all for rehabilitation and helping society but that individual is clearly not ready to let go of his lifestyle.
I wish more law enforcement would drive around in the area.”

“I had an expensive, chiffon beaded dress that I had dropped a cup 7 up on. The whole front was stained. I didn't want to take any chances with cleaners. I looked at all the reviews, and found Family Cleaners Whittier had very good reviews. He was friendly and welcoming. He explained that sugary sodas were touchy, but that he could do it. He charged me $10 less than he was going to, $25. When I picked it up, it was perfect, just like new. I was thrilled to have it back to its beautiful state. I would highly recommend this cleaners, especially for delicate things.”
“My wife fractured her ankle and was not able to keep up with the house cleaning, so we contacted Maid It Neat Cleaning and they did a wonderful job. The house was quite dirty but they went above and beyond and left our home very nice and clean. We are going to have them come every 3 weeks in order to keep up with the house cleaning. “Regular and large washing machines here made it convenient for our large and smaller loads. I took quarters today but found that I can use an app next time. Staff was helpful and courteous. For the dryers, there are 3 options for heat which is nice. Towels can use the highest heat for less time, meaning less coins needed. Overall good experience. Will be coming back.”

“I've been utilizing the cleaners since I've moved to Whittier about six years ago. Never had any problems. I'd also like to add that I am doing a five star review for them because we forgot to pick up some very important dance uniforms Saturday before they closed. I went into recon mode, trying to find out how to reach somebody to see if they would make an exception and allow us to pick it up on Sunday morning because we needed it for church. I hunted them down on Facebook and even hunted down one of the employees lol. Much to our relief someone hit us back and said that they would gladly meet us on a Sunday to pick up the important items. Needless to say that's true Customer Service and I am grateful because it could have been worse. Thanks again!”
“We've been customers for many years. All their work is 5 star. We've had custom sewing done as well. Prices may be a bit higher than other shops, but We've never had to return an item for additional work and all alterations have never come apart even after many years.
This time I took my 1960 Rams jacket I received when I was 7 yeas old in for cleaning and touch up. Other shops declined because of its age. I had kept it protected all these years and it came out restored and well preserved.”
“These ladies were amazing, I had an emergency situation where I needed to have my Dogs orthopedic lift harness repaired. He had broken both of his front legs and managed to chew through his harness. It was the only way I could lift him and it wasn't something that I could just go out and buy another one as it had to be special ordered. The alterations were backed up for almost 2 weeks, and I told them my situation, they called me the next day, and it was ready! I was so touched that they did this for me, I am so grateful, and will never forget their kindness. Thank you!”

“Is a good choice to do your laundry because is a very clean place, the ladies take care of the place very much.The only thing is that you will have to be prepared to pay a little more than other places.Big machine is about $6.50 almost 7 , medium size $5.50 and small one $3.50 there's 4 of the smaller ones cost $2 dollars but the most part they're busy so...”
