“Great place to shop, you can't go wrong here and the staff are always fairly nice in Superior stores.
I really love their bakery, for a grocery store their cakes are amazing. This place is usually my go to for cakes, and they do take custom orders.
My partner got me a custom cake from Superior for my birthday this year, and I was genuinely surprised at how beautiful it was. It was very delicious too!

They don't hide their weekly special sale items. Instead, they are right in front of you when you enter the market. And you can tell the quality of the fruits and vegetables is still under control. I highly recommend their tomatoes, potatoes, and bell peppers, which will ensure a perfect dinner salad.

“This location is layout just like their La Puente store although I'm not sure if they are owned by the same person or is a franchise. Besides beef, seafood, chicken, and pork, the market offers everything you'll need for grilling outdoors, including charcoal, salsas, tortillas, and spices. They even off wagyu from Japan, Australia and tomahawk ribeye's. I've visited this location twice and have taken home USDA prime marinated carne asada and tried their chorizo sausages made specifically for grilling. The butchers and customer service gals here are friendly and accommodating. As for the quality of meats, I was impressed with the packaging, leanest, and the quality of all their proteins. They also offer yummy salsas that taste homemade. The prices are higher but in exchange you'll receive the top-quality cuts of meats and are superior to the grocery store chains. This along with the La Puente store is now my go-to stores for proteins when I'm going to grill. Definitely give them a try, you can thank me later.”

“I learned of this place on social media. Since it's in our neighborhood, I went to browse. They have specialty items which were nice. The items that are also sold at regular markets are overpriced here. I went over to the bread area and there was almost nothing available and it was 9am. Maybe the bakery inventory didn't arrive yet, but I was disappointed that I couldn't try their European breads.”
“Good hot food, burritos are my go to. Only difference is the burritos came with more ingredients like avocado, sour cream etc.. it also came with chips on the side.. now it's just a burrito with meat, cheese, rice, and beans, still good just not the same. Please bring back the side of chips and atleast the avocado in the burritos..”
“I LOVE this market! It is a half hr from me but we make a trip every so often because it is just the best. The owner is truly a kind and wonderful person who is so passionate about sharing his cultural cuisine! Fear not if you have no idea what you are looking for going in, he will not make you feel dumb or belittle you. He will help you find exactly what you need and give you all kinds of recommendations. Every time we go I come out with something new to try and it is always so good. Plus, he stocks some delightful treats in there as well, like hard to find milka bars. His meat selection is brilliant, it is all raised on his farm! So you know that you are getting the freshest of the fresh and that it is a lot more ethically raised than factory farms. This market is such a gem and I am so thankful for it! Go check it out!”

“This local butcher shop is small but mighty! Besides enjoying their beef/chicken asadas, I've really been blown away by their beef cuts. Fresh produce sometimes available such as avocados which were very good too! After reading reviews I will ask about getting a turkey for November this year. Price is fair for the high quality/service. Can't wait to grill up more stuff!!”

“You choose where to buy your products. I think that until now I have never found any type of warehouse or store that is perfect. What I like about this store is that if something doesn't go well for you regarding your products, you can return them and they always help you whatever. that you can change the merchandise or they simply return your money even if you don't have the receipt for some reason they also help you something that many stores don't do. There are thousands of stores throughout the country in your city with different prices and employees all different, some with experience and training others are just starting out and I don't think that if I just make a bad comment about a store and its employees it could be a suggestion or advice but not in the form of criticizing no one is perfect. “This is a remarkable market. It is the only place my family buys meat. We drive up from Orange County to shop there. Beef is USDA Prime and is always amazing quality. It has one of the few full service butcher services available. The butcher case is a wonder to behold. There are expanded grocery and produce departments with good selection. We also like the variety of specialty and gourmet items. We've always found the service there to be friendly and first rate.”
“I been in this market a few times, and it never disappoints me, great meat selection (I ordered marinated chicken it was supper delicious not salty but perfect with flavor) but everything time I purchase meat the butcher send it to the front, but I always forget. They also have a big selection of healthy and unhealthy drinks, and a decent selection of vegetables, fruits, and other good quality Mexican ingredients. My favorite part they are open Sundays!”
