Unfortunately I couldn't keep my cat because my niece (who lives with me) is allergic and we tried claritin which did not work. The girls there were rude and unprofessional and asked me with an attitude "well have you tried claritin, because we dont just take them in you have to keep it until we find it a home" They then asked their manager I believe who told them to just take her in. They came back with a cage and told me "Youre lucky shes cute because if she was a regular black cat we wouldnt have taken her" When they took her to the back I heard one of them say "Michael takes claritin and hes fine so i dont know what theyre talking about" Like the walls are thin girl. Then as I was signing the papers another visiter accidentally nugded my sister with the door which they decided to laugh out loud too and then they began to speak about who would take the cat home ( I think they foster them themselves) And the girl was like "I would take her in but I dont like cats" What the hell are you doing working there then...

Adopted multiple dogs from this organization! They truly care about the animals and want nothing but the best for them ! Very sweet people even made sure we left with the proper supplies to make our fur babies right at home ! Easy process and they love hearing about how the dogs are doing years later ! Love and recommend PRS ?

I have filled out applications for a dog to be adopted. I am shocked by their lack of communication. I live in El Monte and have my own house and work from home--and yet after filling out and application and with a promise that I will hear something from this organization, I never heard anything. They kept telling me that they would call back but they never did. The dog I am looking at would work well as I have the kind of medication the dog needs available to me. Then they told me the dog was being given to someone who works there. I honestly just think this nonprofit is a front for some sort of animal hoarding situation. Not that I don't admire what they do because I do, but their lack of communication, lack of follow through, and lack of consideration in placing the dog with someone that could accommodate the dog's unique needs leaves something to be desired.

Pet Rescue Solutions was fabulous! Their staff was extremely genuine, caring and professional. I am so upset that I did not get the woman's name sitting at the front, but, she was very helpful and patient with my sister and I when we came in after our dog went missing. We found them online and decided to come in after our dog went missing today. Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk began creating flyers and posting our dog on local lost and found pet pages. They even provided us with tape and a map of where to post the flyers. She was extremely helpful and truly cared about helping us bring our baby home. Within a few hours, our dog was found safe! We were beyond elated and happy to know that this place is here to assist with any of our pet needs. She provided us with information regarding their services. The place is very nice and clean. I would highly recommend PET RESCUE SOLUTIONS!!!

Microchipping my dog was only 15 bucks. They were very polite and it was fast. They also sell the minimum needed to have when having a pet such as simple collars, leashes and p*** bags. Prices vary from a dollar for the p*** bags to 5 bucks.

Looking for advice I have a dog that was born with only 2 toes on the right front leg it's still only a day old I can take care of it for now but don't know what to do once it starts getting to start walking on its own I don't want the puppy to suffer but I don't feel right putting the puppy down without at least giving him a chance to find someone who will help a special needs dog?
