Their feeders are really cheap cheaper than Petco I purchased my feeders here for my snake, which only cost me $3, Petco, was charging me $7 and some change. And I purchased a snake from here , which was way cheaper than the snake that I bought at petco i gave them a five star”

“I cannot say enough great things about this company! I have a Greyhound with sensitivities and he does really well on the New England formula. Not only does this company have great products for our fur babies, but they also have amazing customer service. I called them one time because one of the dog food bags accidentally had some other dog food mixed in with it. It didn’t harm my dog in anyway, but I did contact the company to clarify that whatever was mixed in the food, was OK for my dog to consume. Because of the mishap, they sent me not one, but two full-size bags as an apology. That is Great customer service!”

“This is a great grooming business. We moved away for a while and have gone to 2 other groomers but our dog always left them stressed. We went back to Little Paws today after coming back to the area and our dog is so happy! He even took a nap on the car ride back home. The attention to detail and the love and care they give the doggies during their bath is very commendable. Little Paws, you guys are awesome!”
“I came for first time for a nail trim for my scared little girl. The nail trim went smoothly and my baby even allowed the lady who clipped her toes, pick her up at the end. I’m so happy that my puppy is happy and that we’ve found our forever groomer”
“My dad and I regularly go here to either pick up fish and plants, or to simply walk around and enjoy the displays. There’s genuinely so much variety to enjoy, both for saltwater and freshwater stock, and also plenty of equipment, feed, and medication readily available, too. Beyond the actual store items, in terms of serve, the owners are very friendly and offer cold water on hot days. They once even gave my nephew (who’s a toddler) gummy snacks as a treat!”

“My go-to spot in Pasadena for freshly baked dog cakes and cookies! There’s also a selection of packaged treats, toys, and collars and leashes, but the freshly made stuff is the reason to come here. All the cookies and cakes look cute and fun, and they are dog safe! (Carob instead of chocolate, for example.)
It’s always a treat to celebrate birthdays or anniversaries with goodies from the Dog Bakery.”
“Pet Food Express has all the food and treats my pet with specific health requirements needs! They have a variety of healthy treats that also have the deal of “buy three get the fourth free” which applies to many items in the store. We love getting the goat milks and cod treats with this deal. They also always seem to have things in stock when other pet food express stores have run out of stock. The staff at this location are always welcoming and helpful. They even do delivery now for convenience so that comes in handy when I do not have time to run to the store. Plenty of parking is always available at this location and there are pay stations, but the first 90 minutes are free.”
“I absolutely love this place and is by far the best I've been to locally. Not only are they reasonably priced, but the staff really enjoy what they do and are true pet lovers. I've been here a few times with one dog, and I recently just picked up a second dog that will be visiting this place soon. Some things I was not aware of as a dog parent and the owner were kind enough to have a great conversation with and educating me on what work or doesn't work. Getting a same day appointment can be a bit hectic, but that's what happens when you don't already have an appointment. Sometimes, I get lucky to get the same day, but that's okay too. All in all, this is an amazing salon for the fur babies!”
“Spectacular! I needed pine pellets (which I use for cat litter and I'm tired of paying premium prices because someone slapped the word "feline" on the bag). Thought I was going to have to drive wayyyy out to the farm store. Someone suggested I check this place out. So glad I did! Picked up several bags of pellets (40 lb bag goes for under $10) and got a 50lb bag of bird feed while I was at it. Pay at the counter, take your receipt outside to the helpful friendly folks with the forklifts, and they load it into your car for you.”
“The staff here always welcomes your furbaby and treats them like family. They will also clean up after your pet. They treat your pet as if it were their own. It seems my Mitsuha loves Erica, Bella and Patrick the most. She runs to them about the same way she runs to me.”
“This is the first time that I was there. I have visited other pet stores, but this one was more friendlier,, a father and son team, worked there. Prices, were reasonable, very clean and that's kind of like what you look for in a pet store that is not smelly. This one was very nice. And my daughter funny, was able to walk in the chickens, coop and pick her own chickens, I guess because there was not a lot of people and she's older. Not recommended for younger ones, because they might get scared, but one of the people that worked. There was there, like supervising her which was okay with me. I was very happy with this experience. You could say it was therapeutic for my child.
I will definitely go back and purchase either. Feed or more life animals. Oh, I did not walk out of there empty handed my self. I bought two small plants :)”
“I have been here 8 times and I had a different experience each time. Their pet supplies and treats are a lot cheaper than most other places and it is definitely my favorite place to shop for cute dog and cat accessories, toys and treats.
They also have a cute little cat cafe where you can go in to see adoptable cats for 5 dollar donation or a drink. I don’t think there is a time limit but it can get pretty busy. Most of the cats are sweet, but some are overwhelmed and might scratch. The staff is great at making sure they take breaks and don’t get too overstimulated.
Also, there is a wavier that you need to sign before you go in!!”
“First time here to buy alfalfa for the farm animals.
All of the employees are so helpful and nice they did a good job of loading and tying down the alfalfa in our truck. The prices are cheaper and the quality of the alfalfa is very good.”
“Great place to get ultra premium dog and cat food: Orijen, Acana, Ziwi Peak, etc. There’s also a great selection of leashes and collars, and treats and toys. It’s a smaller store, but the selection is carefully curated.
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and it’s really cute inside, too, with the koi pond and Buddha fountain.
FYI, most of the pics here are old, from their previous location across the street. The new location is right by the giant Trader Joe’s on Fair Oaks.”

I had been looking everywhere for millet for the sparrows that visit my home, including other pet stores, but I could not find what I needed. Pet Town was recommended to me, so I drove there, and I am glad I did.
Sue was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I asked about millet, she knew exactly what I needed, showed me the sack of millet, and made sure I left with the right product.
It is rare to find that kind of personal customer service these days. Sue made the experience feel friendly and genuine.
